One criticism notes a lack of responsiveness, where a caller experienced delayed return calls and missed appointments despite leaving multiple messages.

My husband and I could not recommend Brandon and his team more! We had about 20 trees of varying sizes removed along with stump grinding. Two of our tall pines had to have been several decades old, but All Things Tree Service removed them both with ease and great organization; we enjoyed watching the logistics of it all unfold. I'm not going to lie, I was nervous some branches would end up in or around our pool due to how close the trees were to our fenced in pool area, but not one branch fell over our fence. From the initial inquiry to the completion of the job, communication was timely and effective. We were impressed with how courteous the team was of our lawn and especially our neighbors'. We appreciated their time spent cleaning up fallen debris from the road and grassy areas they weren't working in. Thank you Brandon + team! We couldn't be happier with the overall process and outcome.
Brandon and his team did a great job. They were fast and efficient. He came out right away to give me a quote and was able to come out relatively quickly when I called him to book it.
Great job removing and cleaning up the tree removed. Easy to work with and very responsive!
The crew showed up bright and early. Crane, chipper, grinder all set and operating at full speed by 8am. They tackled a very old GIANT maple plus trimming on a second tree. They were cleaned up and were on their way out by 10am. Dont hesitate to use these guys. They are superb!
