Started off great but the service has deteriorated - continued issue with ants. I expect some bugs on my lanai but have not experienced this much before. Neighbors reporting similar issues. I don’t see any difference after they make a visit. On top of that, the salesman assured me I wouldn’t be locked in for a full year - not true, I am. I’ll cancel once the year is up. Disappointed and done.

Heavy seasonal rains can increase ant activity and cause ants to move into new areas, but our goal is always to address those issues as they arise. When we spoke, we offered to schedule a complimentary follow-up service under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to inspect and address your concerns. Unfortunately, you declined to provide additional details about the issues you were experiencing, which prevented us from scheduling the appropriate treatment.
Regarding your service agreement, our records indicate that a one-year service agreement was signed at the time of enrollment. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding during the sales process.
If you'd still like us to address the ant activity, we'd be happy to do so at no additional charge under our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. We remain committed to providing the level of service you expect and would welcome the opportunity to improve your experience.
Our service tech Dexter was here today, did a complete job fogging our pool and lanai enclosure, as well as brushing down our complete house and spraying the exterior.All U Need provides a far more extensive quarterly service then past pest control companies have provided.

The technician blasted pesticide mist around my pool area without warning while I was obviously cooking outside. I saw him look at the smoking grill. The mist clouded my grill and ruined an very expensive 2 lb rib eye. This shows a lack of awareness and care for customers’ property and safety.
Unbelievably disappointing and unprofessional.
Fernando was incredibly helpful today. He not only solutions our needs given the types of pests we were seeing both inside and outside our home. He also was able to initiate a change/tweak to our current subscription to implement the updated suggestions on the spot, same day!
