i am looking for roofing companies for second opinion regarding my roof that has been damage on april 2025. my father in law referring allegiant exteriors. i texted him but no response so i called him and he stated he will come on saturday on may 31,2025 he came and inspected my roof. i texted him on jun 6, 2025 and he stated he has already send it all documentation to my home insurance on jun 5 ,2025 and i asked him if he can send it the copy of the documentation that he send it to my home insurance but he never did it. i called my claim adjuster and she stated she never received any documentation and my claim adjuster keep email him but no response from him. called him got voicemail. disappointed. i feel like he ghosted and lie to me.

This person has nothing to do with our business or has never been a client of our company.
1) The police have been notified of these allegations and are currently opening a criminal investigation on this individual for possible criminal prosecution.
2) Google has been notified of this incident to have this comment investigated and removed.
3) Civil action has been initiated at this time against this individual for slandering our company image and the integrity of the company’s employees on a public forum with video recorded evidence of false allegations, threats against our company’s employees, attempts to create a false impression of our company and employees, as well as cause a loss in revenue for the business.

Pros: Neil helped us fight an insurance claim to replace all siding, roof, and gutters. Once the crews were at our house, the work was completed quickly. We have had no issues with our roof or siding since it was replaced.
Cons: Since this was an insurance job that Neil helped to fight, Neil got a large chunk of money up front. Once he received the money, we felt we were a very low priority. The roof and gutters were completed quickly first. We were told siding lead times were 12 weeks, it took 18 weeks to get siding completed. We understand lead time are long and out of Neil’s control, but after the 12 weeks came and went, the only communication we had was when we were were asking for updates.
When the crew came to do the siding, they destroyed a hydrangea bush and scratched up our new black gutters. We were told the “finishing crew” would touch up the gutters. That never happened.
We had also discussed replacing and painting trim in addition to the insurance claim and paying out of pocket for that. Our siding was completed in the beginning of August. Neil told us he was working on getting a crew out to do the trim. Weather was perfect in August and September and no one ever came after many prompts from us. Trim was never completed.
It also took 14 weeks after our siding was completed, after many prompts, to have someone come back to hang up our shutters that were supposed to be replaced.

Firstly, I’d like to thank you for the positive remarks, we did fight hard for that property for about a year to get the payout you were entitled a to, and I never charged a dime for that service even though we spent countless hours fighting on your behalf. But we gladly did that for you to help you with your claim since you were in a bind.
As for siding, you stated that we were not able to get siding as quickly as we anticipated. 12-14 weeks is sadly just the average time it’s taking to get most special ordered siding. Very few colors we get lucky and have stocked and ready for shipment at time of order, and we continue to work on getting better about the supply chain issues there.
Other than that, we feel the project turned out very successful as far as the agreed upon scope of work goes.
The painting was a free, outside of scope service that we offered to you and still intended to complete until we were told you no longer wanted it upon telling you we were ready to being and said we could move forward on it given the perfect weather we have had this week and next. That offer still stands if you would like it.
We apologize for the delay on that trade, but we have only 1 painter and 30 other employees that specialize in roofing, siding and gutters, so it took more time to get to it, and for that I can express my deepest apologies and offer to still complete the painting on the home, but I can only move as fast as my staff can allow me to, and the more we grow - I as the owner - am doing my best to keep up with the demand for our services.
I hope this can help alleviate some Frustrations and possibly help you reconsider a 3-star rating given that you expressed that you are very happy with the actual work that we performed on the home as well as the extensive experience both my team and myself brought to the table to get this $40k project paid for with ZERO dollars from your own pocket.
I sincerely ask that you please give us a chance to get the painting done and forgive us for the delay in getting to this final touch completed, We will clean up the gutters and make sure the home looks Brand New once we are done.

Signed up for the roof service plan, they sent someone out within a day, pointed out all the potential risks of my roof that is about 8 years old. I was not in a position to buy a totally new roof so they went over the alternative options for me, and now they have been out a couple times, have done some repairs and added the GONANO treatment to my roof. I have 15 year money back guaranteed on my roof now! Can not beathe price for everything, and the fact that no one else does anything like this makes this a very good company to work with! I recommend the to all my co-workers and whoever signs up, they tell them I referredthem and I get $200! Highly recommend! 5 Stars!

We had wind damage this year and a bunch of shingles on the peak of our roof which blew off. I called in the morning and they were out by mid-morning. We decided to replace them and not put the same ones back on.
