First of all the cleaning tech REEKED. His body odor was horrendous. If we didn’t need them cleaned right away I would have sent him away. Second is he didn’t get rid of stains on carpet and my hall rug is now warped looking, it has ripples on the sides and no longer adheres to the floor.

Many years ago, I used to own a carpet cleaning company and have personally cleaned a lot of carpets. So, I am very picky about who cleans my carpets. I have used this company several times over the last 4 years. Sometimes I try other companies, for whatever reason, and I have been horribly disappointed and then return to this company. Today, I got my carpets cleaned (I have two dogs and there were a lot of stains; it was really dirtly) and the carpet is the best it has ever looked since I bought the house. Fernando was exceptional. He was thorough, detailed, took a lot of precautions, left the carpet nearly dry, was very polite, and just did an outstanding service. Whenever I clean my carpet in the future, I will be requesting Fernando every time.

I've used Dry-N-Clean twice now to clean our woolen area rugs. The company is terrific -- the rugs have been thoroughly cleaned and look beautiful. Fernando, our carpet specialist, is a pleasure to work with. The company stands behind their work and I will certainly use Dry-N-Clean again in the future.

I cannot recommend Allen’s Dry N Clean enough. And I appreciate that they are locally owned and operated. I had a special-needs pet that passed away and needed to get my carpets thoroughly cleaned. I read the reviews here and was really impressed. I scheduled and Fernando came out today. He was very patient and explained everything along the way he told me the different steps that he would take to eliminate the odor from the carpet. He took his time and never rushed to get out to the next job. He continued to explain each detail along the way and always asked me if I had any questions. He was very organized and cleaned up behind himself as he worked his way to the front door. If you are in need of a deep carpet cleaning, I highly recommend this company
