They installed a completely new HVAC system at our house. Two separate units and three thermostats including one system that required dampers. They are incredible to work with, honest and transparent with the pricing, always on time if not early, and the quality of their work is exceptional. We’ve been working with Allen’s since 2017 and have never had a bad experience.

Allen’s Refrigeration and Air Conditioning did an excellent job replacing our HVAC system! The service was professional, the installation went smoothly, and the difference was immediate. Our house was cool within minutes of the new system being turned on! It’s hard to beat that kind of performance. I highly recommend Allen’s to anyone looking for quality HVAC work and great service. Five stars all the way!

Phillip and Steven came out today to work on our HVAC system and did a fantastic job. They both were very courteous, polite and knowledgeable . Allen’s AC just got another full time customer.

Every aspect of working with them has been great! From the communication and customer service to the honesty and quality of work, I couldn’t be happier! We had received two quotes from other companies, both recommending repairs costing thousands of dollars or an entirely new unit. Owen came out, quickly diagnosed the actual issue, and was able to get everything fixed in no time! ( for under 1k! ) He’s even coming back out to make sure everything is still working properly. It’s refreshing to find a company that truly cares about its customers and provides honest, reliable service instead of trying to sell you something you don’t need. They have definitely earned our trust and will be our go-to company for any future AC needs! Highly recommend!
