Customers frequently highlight Allen's Tree & Fence for its rapid response times, reasonable pricing, and thorough cleanup after tree removal and fence installation projects. Reviewers note that the crew is professional, punctual, and skilled at handling large or difficult jobs efficiently. However, one recurring criticism involves a missed appointment and lack of follow-up communication, which contradicts the generally positive feedback regarding reliability and customer service.

Called to set appointment to get estimate with Patrick. Very accommodating on setting appointment for Sunday October 4 between 9-11 AM. Never showed up !!! Called leaving message to find out status, never called back. No respect for people's time and shows poor professional and ethical values. Are all those 5 stars reviews fake??

Even better, they were able to get the job done in less than a week, which was a huge plus. Great service, great pricing, and very efficient. I would definitely use them again! 👍🌳 and the owner patrick is a great guy

Allen’s Trees and Fence went over and above in every way. Firstly, my husband randomly chose this company and called for an estimate. He got a call on FATHERS DAY saying they were in our area and could come by and give us an estimate. So we got the estimate on Sunday. Called on Monday to have the work done. On Friday of the same week the crew showed up at 7:00 am and took down 5 trees for us. They were leaving our home by 8:30 am. They worked as a team and it was amazing to watch them. They did a spectacular job, and clean up was perfection! We were so happy we picked this company and will for sure use them in future. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!

Pat and his crew are top notch. I recently hired this team to complete some much needed maintenance in our backyard, including tree removal, tree trimming, clearing out overgrown bushes, and taking down several dead trees. They are true professionals, work well together, and were able to accommodate us on short notice. I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you!

The Allen Tree crew took down 3 large trees and trimmed another very quickly and did a great job of cleaning up the project. The price was very reasonable and included stump grinding which really helped to improve the appearance. This is my second time working with Pat and his tree crew and I'd definitely recommend their services.

Called, got an estimate within two days and the job was finished within a week pf the estimate. They did a great, precise job trimming a large hedge. Such a rare experience to have a business that does what they say and does it well. Owner was onsite to review the work. This was my first time using them but wont be my last.
Response from the owner · 10 months ago
Thank you, Tamara B, for taking the time to share your experience and for your kind words about our communication, workmanship, and follow-through. We truly appreciate your trust in us and are glad to hear the quality of the hedge trimming and our hands-on approach made such a positive impression, and we look forward to working with you again.
