Alltech Gate Systems fabricated our driveway gates and installed the gates and dual opener in 2022. We are thrilled with the product; everything has worked flawless until the batteries were fully spent this week so the gate stopped operating. I replaced the batteries but the gates wouldn’t open/close due to an Open Eye Edge error code. I checked all the Owner’s Manual recommendation (Clean photo sensor, ensure aligned, wires are not disconnected, etc.) but still could not get the gate to operate.
I called Alltech Gate Systems and spoke with Debbie. I described what I had done and asked what else I could do to fix it. Debbie was friendly responsive, and very helpful. She contacted Dustyn for advice, and quickly sent me info on how to clear the error. I followed the simple 3 step instructions and problem solved.
We’re so grateful for the friendly, helpful customer service from Alltech Gate Systems, and highly recommend them for fabricating, installing, and maintaining gates and gate operators.

We learned about Alltech through Cadden Mgmt. Co. back in 2009. Alltech fabricated and installed our driveway gate then. We were very pleased with them. Their service has been outstanding over the years.
We recently acquired the property next door and we wanted it gated also. So we called Alltech to complete this task, which they did. Again, we are extremely pleased. It make the property look like a million bucks.
Doug and the installers did a fantastic job. They were timely, friendly and clean, (picked up after themselves).
We highly recommend Alltech Gate Systems to anyone who is thinking about gating their property.

This upgrade was done for Saguaro Cliffs HOA. Both technicians were thorough and walked me through the entire system and how the upgraded gate controllers will work.
Alltech's repair technician quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem with my LiftMaster gate's operation. I couldn't be more pleased with his competence, and with the price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Alltech to anyone having problems with their gate hardware or electronics.

Dustyn sold me an amazing custom drive gate and was extremely knowledgeable about materials, design, motors, and all things gate. I upgraded several things and the extra costs were very reasonable. His crew, Doug and Trey, made sure I was continuously updated on the whens, whats, and whys of the installation. Upon completion, Doug and Trey gave me a tutorial on how to use the keypads, remotes, and keys that was easy to understand and remember.
Great service again by Alltech Gate Systems! Doug and Trey were super! The install of new gate controllers went off without a hitch! 5 stars all around!

Gazebo installed. Haven't had a chance to use it yet due to a horrible storm with 80 mph winds that took the roof off the west end of our house, 2 1/2" rain with hail and mud covering the whole concrete slab the gazebo is attached to. The gazebo stood up to all the rain, wind and hail, no problem. Can't wait to use it after we get that area all cleaned up.
