Customers frequently praise the rapid response times, fair pricing, and clear communication provided by drivers who handle vehicles with care. Recurring themes include professional demeanor and punctuality, with some reviewers noting helpful advice beyond standard towing duties. However, a few low-star reviews criticize unexpected price increases during service and allege that staff ignored calls or attempted to take keys without proper authorization.

My car was stuck at my job and I was struggling to find a solution but they came to the rescue so quickly and efficiently. The driver was so nice and made me feel comfortable in a stressful situation. They are very reasonably priced as well. I will definitely call them again if I need a tow!

Tom and the team at All Type were absolutely incredible. Called back within minutes, provided an extremely competitive rate (even while diesel is $4.40/gal!) and was here the next morning as promised. Out of the 7 towing companies I called in Eastern Baltimore County, Tom and his team at All Type were by far a step above the rest!

Called for towing and they said I would have to leave my dog in a hot car on the side of 695. Once I got everyone to safety my dog included and called back for a tow no answer. Horrible experience
Response from the owner · 4 months ago
I’m sorry you feel this way, You forgot to mention that you had your 11 year-old child with you as well and unfortunately, we don’t have room in the truck for the dog that weighs 90 pounds.. so yes I asked you Could you find another ride for the dog? or can we leave him in the car that you were driving… to get you and your child off of the interstate into safety!!!!
And yes, you did call back five hours
later and unfortunately, we were very busy..

Tommy picked up the car within 20 minutes of calling for the tow. Just goes to show how top tier their service is. He was fast with securing the car and left within not even 10 minutes. Quick and simple service making a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend to anyone needing a tow!

Tommy has gone over and beyond for our family. We have used him a number of times and he never disappoints. He has all the property equipment and makes sure he handles our vehicles with care as they were his own. We greatly appreciate everything you have done and still continue to do for us.
