Great Customer Service!
We weren’t entirely sure what was going on with a bug infestation we had, but they were able to send Jon out who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was so thorough that we ended up signing on for their bi-monthly service. 12/10 would recommend.
Ezra came on time and went through my property inspection inside and outside too. He did an excellent job and hopefully this will take care of my ants issue
Dylan services our home this morning. We had recent bout of mosquitoes, which is unusual. He answered all of my questions. His answers were detailed and specific! While we were talking, I noticed a strange growth at the bottom of a Camilla shrub, Dylan gently removed it and looked closely at it and recognized it…

Tony arrived right on time and was professional and efficient. I had many questions regarding services and he was incredibly well-versed and knowledgeable! I hope Tony is our regular on-site service representative, he is absolutely terrific!
Awesome dude knows his stuff for sure ¡
Yusmarg was excellent and took special care to treat all the areas that needed to be addressed promptly and professionally Excellent job
I'm satisfied with the service I've received from Allure Pest Management so far. I've come to expect the occasional ant invasion during the summer and the odd cockroach that somehow finds its way inside. However, I'm not okay dealing with rodents. With the traps and bait boxes from Allure, I'm hoping to have a rodent-free crawl space soon.
Justus did an outstanding job. I would like to have him every visit.
Marcos did a great job. He was very detailed and covered every inch of our property
Christian is friendly, professional, thorough and efficient!
Yusmarg did a good job he went thru and made sure that all spider webs were clean
Christian is always friendly when he comes and announces himself before he begins the service.

Fantastic locally-operated business. I was able to schedule an inspection for a pest issue quickly. Juan came out today for my service. He was prompt, polite, and professional.
She was delightful and very courteous
Jay arrived on time, was friendly and knowledgeable. He attended to both preventive and current concerns. He also made sure to leave my patio the way he found it, even though some items had to be moved for him to do his job.

From the initial phone conversation with Jason and then the actual service by
Sam was awesome. Very helpful and very informative!
This was my first service with Allure Pest Management, and I’m already impressed. Maurey contacted me 30 minutes before arriving, showed up right on time, communicated clearly, and took great care of my home. I had been using another pest control company and didn’t have any major issues with them, but after seeing…
New guy. Pleasant attitude and personable. First time servicing our house so don’t know result but hopeful it’ll be the same. Like the service and people. Tony’s a good one. Hope he sticks around.
Juan is professional and thorough. Glad he's my regular technician
Andrew was very thorough when he visited this morning. Since we are new clients, prior to starting he explained the entire process and provided us with tips on how to mitigate pests naturally by keeping certain areas of my yard free of debris and pooling water. Very much appreciate Andrew’s time today.
Thank you Jason. You always have clever ways to outfox the varmints. Service went great. We appreciate all your care and concern for our home. Thanks again.

Allure has been incredible. We moved to RSM with the family and were not prepared for the level of... "wildlife" compared to other parts of OC we’ve lived in. When we moved in, Allure (Bryan and Sam) came out right away for a full inspection. Within a week, our backyard was bug-free and my kid could actually play in…
Andrew was very nice. He was punctual and sent me an ETA before he arrived. Very happy I called Allure

Andrew was wonderful and very informative about the ant problem and sprayed all areas
Andrew came out and performed a really detailed inspection. He pointed out areas nobody has noticed before and promptly provided an estimate to complete work sealing up all exposed areas. I have nothing but good things to say about him and Allure.
Every Tech that is sent to our home is extremely courteous and professional. They always send us a text prior to showing up, and then ring the doorbell once there. Thanks Jason!!
Kevon was here today and did a very thorough and complete job. As always, great service from Allure !
Very personable, let me know what he was doing and what was what. Very much would like Kevon be the one who always comes. Thanks, Kevon. Cyndy Giersch

Chris D. was so nice, professional and thorough. He insisted on covering his shoes when he came into the house. He inspected the outside, inside, windows and attic. He was honest too.
