Ally is an excellent personal trainer. She customized my routine for my capabilities...but increases intensity with each workout. She is focused on my routine, makes appropriate corrections and keeps the session enjoyable through variety. She definitely challenges me! I highly recommend her as a personal trainer.
I have been attending the small group sessions with Ally for 6 months and have had only positive results. Being new to circuit training she has been incredibly patient and supportive while I learn. I have seen a great improvement in my strength and balance in this short time. Ally is prepared and set up before each session and adjusts each station for every student depending on their abilities. Ally also stays engaged and ready to provide a positive word of encouragement and/or correct you during the session. I am so glad that I chose Ally to help with my fitness journey.

Alley is an awesome Trainer! Every work out is different and challenging. I see a big difference in my body and strength. I leave every workout exhausted and sweaty. She listens and works with me and is very professional and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I found her!

I’ve been going to Ally’s Fitness since 2019 and I’m healthier, physically and mentally, since I started. I’ve had a fantastic experience and fantastic results. Ally does a great job working with people of all ages and fitness levels, creating workouts that are challenging but adaptable to individual needs. Whether it’s a personal training session or circuit class (I do both!), each session is a great mix of weights, resistance, cardio, and balance so no two workouts feel the same. Ally is positive and motivating and I actually look forward to working out with her.
