Tony came to tow my car after it was involved in an accident a few days ago. He was very accommodating, professional, and thorough throughout the process. He even messaged me a photo of my car and confirmed it was delivered to the correct repair shop, which gave me peace of mind. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend Tony and this towing company!
Wow! I feel compelled to write this review for the exceptionalism professionalism displayed by Tony. He kept me updated on his ETA. He was super friendly and polite. My vehicle was loaded on the truck within minutes. He went above and beyond by keeping me in the loop and even sending me a picture when my vehicle arrived to the destination with the point of contact he delivered it to as well. Great all around service! Thanks Tony!!
I had requested a towing service with these people and they took over 3 hours for my tow guy to even call me. They kept telling me they have a schedule which I understand and don’t mind. I was just frustrated at the point where they were suppose to be coming to me within 30 minutes yet they took over and hour to call and tell me he was on the way. Then when I spoke to the manager Mike, he interrupted me the entire time I was talking. Saying Richard, which was my tow person was on the way. When I was watching the location of his truck he was in the exact spot for an hour. I was very frustrated because not only was I in a whole different city that i’m not familiar with, but they people were rude too. So… if you want a tow company that can at least not lie about their ETA I wouldn’t suggest booking with them.
Absolutely awesome service will be my go to from today forward
These guys are awesome! They towed my Alfa Romeo from Jacksonville to the Daytona dealership and did a perfect job! They were polite, professional, considerate, sent me constant updates over text including photos of my vehicle when it arrived at the dealership. Tony was the driver and did a perfect job. I will request them again if I ever need to do this or any towing service. My highest recommendation!
Antonio was very helpful and very quick. He also had great advice for me when I needed to take my vehicle to the mechanic. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone who was in need.
Almighty Towing Transport is most definitely top-tier in the towing industry! My driver David Smith was truly amazing.!! He was prompt, professional ,efficient, and he had a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor to top it all off!!!! I was faced with a stressful situation and he came to my rescue and made me feel so comfortable and at ease. David had exceptional customer service and took great care of both my vehicle ( CLS 550 4- Matic Mercedes Benz) and I.. He is a great driver as well and obviously a tremendous asset to the Almighty Towing Transport team. Without hesitation , I would highly recommend that everyone consider doing business with this company. In fact, I I took it a step further and informed my insurance provider that I would like Almighty Towing Transport listed as my primary choice for all of my future towing needs. I was assured by the insurance representative that they would honor my request. With that said, Keep the bar high and continue the good work!! It truly matters !!
