Customers frequently praise the punctuality, thoroughness, and detailed explanations provided during interior and exterior pest treatments, including termite and rodent services. The company also receives high marks for responsive scheduling and knowledgeable staff communication. However, several low-star reviews cite reckless driving behavior by service vehicles and ineffective resolution of specific rodent issues as recurring problems.

We had Buck come out today and spray our home for pest control, inside and out. I highly recommend him and Alpha Omega. We have been using them for a couple years now and they always do a great job. Buck was on time, very thorough, and respectful of our home.
Jeremy.did a great job
I called Alpha & Omega for an appointment to service the exterior of my house and yard. They were able to accommodate me the very next day. Exterior housing treatment included a problem with fire ants. The A&O technician Brad was on time, friendly, pleasant, seemed very knowledgeable. Efficient and excellent service. Thank you.
Buck was so respectful and on time for his appointment. I appreciated taking time to explain the process. One thing I always look for is the speaking well of there company. He highly respects his company and has appreciation for opportunity to work there. I would highly recommended Alpah and Omega.

Jeremy did a outstanding job. He was friendly and answered my questions.
Kevin was on time, prompt, courtesy and professional today representing Alpha Omega Pest Control. Kevin performed a termite treatment following an earlier inspection. I cringed when we learned we had termites. However, Kevin reassured us it is a common occurrence in Texas. The service was presented to us in great detail, explained the processes thoroughly and eliminated any guess work. I'm happy we had this procedure performed by Aloha and Omega Pest Control. We have been customers for over eight years with the firm.
