I clearly and repeatedly told the groomer, Kevin, to keep my doodle’s hair long and only trim a little. He completely ignored everything I said and shaved my dog down as short as possible. He barely acknowledged me when I was talking, didn’t respond properly, and came across as totally unprofessional and careless.
My dog didn’t even smell clean afterward, so not only was the haircut ruined, the basic grooming wasn’t done properly either. This was an awful experience and a total waste of money. Now I’m stuck looking at this botched haircut for the next couple of months while it grows back.
I will never use this company again and would strongly warn others to stay away.

My dog looks so great when she comes out. All our friends remark on how great she looks.
Erwin is super, and my dog has no trouble going into the van. Normally, it would be a fight to the death. We were using another service and I never saw the same groomer twice, I had to argue with the owner when nobody showed up. Much worse, my dog never wanted to go out to the van
They lose a star for cost, otherwise, I think they are fantastic.

Hard a hard time with scheduling - it took 5 tries to get an appointment that wasn’t cancelled. However, the groomer was excellent! My cat needed a lot of attention and the groomer handled her with care and did a great job.
