Luis was professional, thorough, and easy to work with throughout the inspection. I’m glad the inspection brought these issues to light before I moved forward with the purchase. I would definitely recommend Alpha Home Inspections and would reach out to them again for any future inspections.

I had Luis as my inspector and he was very thorough and answered any questions I had to the best of his ability. He did a great job looking at every inch of the property and calling out anything that he saw that could be an issue for me down the road. They were onsite on time and the communication was great. They also made it really easy for payment and viewing the report online and had the report ready for me whiting 24 hrs of the inspection. Thanks again Alpha home inspections!

The arrived on time and got to work. They we very detail about everything. Everything was checked sometimes twice and went above and beyond. Extremely pleased with this company and the roof was high and didn’t wanted to cause any damage so a drone was used. The sewer was some what difficult to get to but they never gave up and got it done . I was there and I was shown step by step the video. I would highly recommend this guys and their company. I would give them 10 stars . I will for sure recommend Alpha company.

It was overall a great choice. This is my second home inspection and they did a wonderful job. Very thorough and provide a very comprehensive report. Utilize moisture meter. Infrared and drone along with personal inspection. Would recommend for sure to anyone needing inspection but book early as they fill up slots quick.
