Kevin was very thorough in his inspection, and an excellent communicator. We would def use him again, and refer him to friends & family. Thank you Kevin!
Kevin did the inspection on the home we're buying and was absolutely excellent. He was thorough, clear, and genuinely helpful. The walkthrough afterward and the detailed photo report made it easy to understand exactly what we were getting into. Fast turnaround and great communication. We will be using him again for our annual inspection. Thank you
Was great to work with. Was up front with expectations and concerns, priorities, and honest about the whole system from all sides. Easy to get in contact with and willing to answer all the silly questions of new owners that have only ever been in apartments!
Kevin came highly recommended and I can sure see why! He is friendly. He is thorough. The home inspection report was incredibly well produced. I was lucky enough to get an in-person walk-through of his findings right after the inspection was completed, and I cannot recommend that enough. I was able to ask so many…

Kevin was professional, personable, very knowledgeable, and patient with all of my questions (and I had a lot of questions). Kevin was wonderful to work with. I called to get qoutes on a home inspection and he not only offered military discount but when I wasn't able to get financing for the first property, he returned the fee at no cost to me on a last minute notice. We loved working with him so much that when we put in our next offer,…
