Recently called Alex at Alpha for a reported mold issue in residential home. Alex was a complete pro and scheduled right on the spot. He was thorough and excellent through the process and fairly priced. Highly recommend.
Thank you Alex!
Great experience working with Alpha. Professional, on time and great communication. Highly recommend
Alex did a fantastic job assessing our house for mold. He took 4 air samples (2 in our basement, one on our first floor, and one outside) and sent them to a lab and we found out we had black mold. He also sent us a copy of the written report. He then referred us to a Mold Remediation we could use to do a deep cleaning of the air and other items in our basement. He came back after the cleaning and did the samples again and our basement is all clear. Alex is very nice and personable, and he made working with him enjoyable. I would hire him again if we were to have a mold issue in the future!
Awesome service. Highly recommend!
Alex called me within 5 minutes of putting an inquiry on the website and was able to come assess my house within a few days. He was thorough and showed me everything he was looking at. He doesn’t pressure you to pay for unnecessary swabs. Would 100% recommend him to anyone that needs a mold inspection!
We called Alix for mold assessment and testing following an untreated plumbing leak in our new home. He responded quickly, did the necessary assessment and got the report back to us, all in a few days. He is a pleasure to deal with, especially at a stressful time living with mold. Strongly recommend this company, five stars!
When the unexpected happens (like a basement flood) it's key to have the right resources in your address book. I was referred to Alex by my restoration company...he got to my home, took the readings and delivered the results quickly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even if you don't need him today make sure to keep his info handy...
Professional, prompt and knowledgeable!
Alex is very professional and communicates promptly. He was very thorough with his work and his report was comprehensive.
