Customers frequently highlight punctuality, fair pricing, and thorough cleaning of air and dryer vents, noting that technicians often accommodate short notice requests and provide before-and-after photos. Recurring themes include professional communication, efficient service, and effective removal of lint and debris, with some reviewers mentioning improved heat distribution and reduced energy bills. However, a small number of low-star reviews cite instances of no-shows or missed issues, such as broken screens or stuck flaps, suggesting occasional inconsistencies in diagnosis or scheduling reliability.
