Customers praise Alpine Flooring for professional communication, punctuality, and minimal dust during hardwood refinishing and installation projects. They frequently highlight the team's ability to match existing colors and accommodate specific requests, noting that quotes were accurate and work areas remained clean. One criticism involved a last-minute scheduling conflict, while another low-star review cited issues with broken pieces, unsecured trim, and color mismatches.

We are very happy with the hardwood repair and refinishing job completed by Alpine Flooring. Mike and the team were easy to work with, took good care of our place, kept us informed of the schedule, and flexible when we had special requests. We love our “new” floors.
Very easy to work with and did a great job on the flooring
Worked hard and adjusted to every request we made. Were professional and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.
Alpine did a magnificent job of refinishing our hardwood floors. They were extremely careful in moving our furniture, there was almost no discernible dust and the floors look terrific. They even tweaked a stain to get just the right color. They also refinished our steps and railings. Their folks were so accommodating to any request we made. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire project and would highly recommend them.
We had dated, 28 year old, gunstock oak hardwood floors that were damaged by years of sunlight exposure and pets. We did not know what was possible until introduced to Alpine Flooring. Expecting a major mess of sawdust everywhere, difficulty of moving heavy furniture, and perhaps simply a redone, classic, warm reddish-brown stain, we are overwhelmed by the quality of work, simplicity of the process and total transformation of our floors. From the initial visit until the end it was so simple, the floors look brand new and are beautiful. The color has been changed, a new stairway installed at their recommendation, and decades of wear and dark staining removed. The whole process and final result has exceeded our expectations on many levels. I highly recommend Aloine Flooring.
They have been great to work with. On time, professional, keeps a clean worksite and did a great job on the floors. They worked with us on making sure the color matches what we used to have and we couldn’t be happier with their work. I would absolutely recommend them !
So Scott and Brandon came to our home to do the floor in our Great room. And it looks absolutely incredible. They were both so respectful so kind. Respected our home and there’s actually a threshold that I noticed when they were putting the second coat on and Scott very nicely clean that up and buffed it out for us. We will definitely be using you again for sure and we highly highly recommend you guys. Thanks for sprucing up our floors. They look brand new.
The Alpine Flooring crew did an excellent job refinishing our hardwood floors. They matched the colors of the other areas beautifully. They pride themselves in high quality workmanship. They also did a very good job troubleshooting shooting some tricking areas. We would use them again for our flooring needs and would recommend them to everyone!
We just had our upstairs and stairway carpet replaced with oak flooring by Alpine and are thoroughly pleased with the overall quality of the installation, it is a beautiful job! It was a real pleasure having all the Alpine employees in our home, their instructions at the start of each work day was clear, each very respectful of our home and kept our home as clean as when they started the work. The finished job exceeded our expectations, especially our stairway. I wanted to thank Alpine’s talented team, namely Lucas and team with the installation of the floors, Vasyl, Shane, Sam, Andrew, Olgar, & Mike on the sanding and finishing (we really appreciated Vasyl spending time to get the stain matched to our hall), and Bohdan for his detailed stairway work. This is a hard working talented team, thank you for doing such a great job!
My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the beautiful job Felix and Sam did refinishing our floors! Felix and Sam were profession, respectful and incredibly accomodating. They patiently answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. They took great care in their work and it shows in how absolutely beautiful our floors look. I highly recommend Alpine Flooring for all of your hardwood floor projects. Thank you Sam and Felix, for a wonderful job!
