Very satisfied with the service. $100 fee was very reasonable. They could not come when initially agreed. But came promptly the next day. Plumber was very polite. Alpine will be my go to plumber in the future.
Great service provided. They arrived on time and had very reasonable prices. They clearly explained all the work to be done and completed it in a very professional manner.
Everything was fine, showed up on time and gave me an idea of the work that had to be done along with an estimate.
They came to clean my drain and were honest and great service, also they didn’t charge me for not clearing the drain because of grease it closed back up.
Quick, courteous, easy, and affordable. What else can you ask for.
Alpine did kitchen & drain work for me late 2023. Did a great job then, so I called with similar drain and sink cleaning problems. I’ve been in my house here in La Verne 50+ years. They were pretty busy but field supv Jeff showed up at appt time, diagnosed the problems and fixed them. Jeff also did video of the…
Yonathan and Jeff were amazing. Our mainline under the house was clogged like crazy and all our water was backing up into our downstairs tub. We couldn’t use the toilets or even wash dishes without getting everything coming up in the tub. They came out immediately and were able to get our water flowing again in…
Communication was prompt and clear, very responsive owner. They’re on time on schedule and flexible as well. The technician is very knowledgeable, straight forward and showed me what is the issue and the solutions. Definitely will call them again for any plumbing needs, I just hope not soon.
I had a clogged kitchen sink that wouldn’t drain at all, and the issue turned out to be deeper in the pipes. I contacted Alpine, and they sent Solomon out to help. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He used an industrial-grade snake to clear the clog and got everything flowing…
While i appreciate the technicians time, he lacked in effort. I feel like it was a ploy to get me to pay more money. And after everything was said and done they couldn't even get the job done. I had to call a friend with a snake to come and get the line unclogged. Very disappointing
