had a toilet repair. the service man was prompt and friendly and finished quickly. but after he left I noticed a chip in the porclein. dissappointed.
Bert who answered the phone was amazing. Honest, comforting, and quick to send someone over. John was incredible. He really worked his magic, and finally, after lots of deep dive, my toilet flushed. He and I were both equally happy I didn't have to spend a lot of money to fix it. Nice beyond words.
