Customers often describe technicians as professional and friendly, with many praising the visible improvement in cleanliness and indoor air quality. However, some low-star reviews highlight scheduling issues, such as late arrivals or missed appointments, along with complaints about noise from truck-mounted equipment and unexpected additional charges.

We hired Alpine to clean our white couch and chairs. Their technician, Beck, advise us “the cleaning of the 15 year old furniture” may not be at the same level that we desired. We did a test, and he was right. We thanked him for his honesty and approach and we “think very highly of Alpine” because of this.
The test he did was professional and showed results, just not to the level we needed.
Thank you Alpine for having quality people like Beck working for you.
