Work caused some issues. Tesla is blaming them for letting excess solution into the window. I wasn’t happy with the service to begin with as it had to be done twice and still has bubbles and inclusions. Work was sloppy and apparently now affected my window enough that Tesla is claiming it’s pretty much their fault.
Extremely poor customer service and misleading sales practices. When I called them for the first time about pricing detail they explicitly told me the service would be reported to CARFAX under my VIN to boost resale value, which was one of the reasons I chose to drive over 100miles for the service. Only for the shop to later claim they haven’t used CARFAX all year and dismiss it as a sales team miscommunication. I paid nearly $3,000 for a combo PPF and ceramic coating package and I was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism in their documentation. For a shop charging premium prices for high-end vehicle protection, handing customers a handwritten piece of paper instead of a proper itemized invoice or detailed digital receipt feels unprofessional and outdated. High-end service should come with professional presentation and clear record-keeping." What bothered me was the implication that I was being impatient or treating the invoice as an urgent request. I wasn't asking for anything unusual or unreasonable—I had already paid for the service and was simply asking for the invoice/documentation for work I had purchased.
I had the cybershield combo package installed on my new Tesla model Y at Alset Auto in Portland, OR. Also had front windows tinted to match rear passenger windows. A great experience combined with a great price, and exceptional customer service. The job was completed faster than I expected. Nate will take of your needs. Strongly recommend this service.
Extremely talented and helpful shop. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for quality workmanship.
Meh attention to detail. My work wasn’t exactly up to snuff and I wouldn’t go back for any of my future cars. It’s shoddy enough for me to prefer they don’t try and fix or redo. Will add pics later.
These guys are rock solid. Want way above what I expected. They were able to get me in earlier then I had originally planned and able to squeeze in some quality extra work for me without extending the timeline!
Beautiful job with the Stealth PPF and tint. Good communication. Easy process.
These guys are awesome. Highly recommend!!
Best Service I’ve ever had. Can’t imagine taking my vehicles anywhere else now.
Had my X wrapped in a translucent green and blue. Then came back several weeks later, to show some edges coming up. They fixed them on the spot. JUST FANTASTIC.
