I am incredibly disappointed with my recent visit to this salon, especially since I paid full price for a service that was completely botched. I specifically asked for a layered, face-framing haircut with side bangs. Unfortunately, the stylist gave me a cut that looks absolutely nothing like what I described; it feels much more like a blunt barber cut than the blended layers I requested. Because of the salon environment, I didn't realize how drastically wrong it was until I got home and looked closely.
To make matters worse, the person who dyed my hair was highly unprofessional and rude. They didn't smile once and acted entirely hostile, as if they had just been in an argument before my appointment.
I am writing this to warn others to be cautious. I am more than happy to provide photographic proof of the haircut to management if the salon disputes this review. I will absolutely not be returning.

Took my 14 year old daughter here for her first haircut in an actual salon! She has always gotten her hair cut by her grandmother who is a barber. She was excited to have the full salon experience. I chose to take her to this place, it looked cool online and I love that part of town so it seemed like a good choice. It absolutely did NOT disappoint! We loved it!
The ladies working were very nice and seemed genuinely excited to be a part of my daughter’s experience. The atmosphere was very chill. Loved the vibe and the aesthetic as far as the salon itself goes! We saw Caitlin and she was very nice and made my daughter feel super comfortable! She left feeling SO good about herself, loved her haircut and the styling, and is so excited to go back. I think her favorite part was the scalp massage during the hair wash. She just loved the whole experience and I am very thankful!
10/10 recommend this salon, and Caitlin! Amazing experience, will be back soon! ☺️
