Ive had multiple modalities of massage with Jen & the thai yoga mixed with the myofacial restoration for my sore hips has been pain relieving. Highly recommend her integrative services for deeply therapeutic bodywork. PS try the chocolate 🍫
Jen and I have been working together for about a dozen years. I always have better range of motion after she massages me. My hip flexibility is greatly improved. She’s a true professional with a great deal of knowledge in her field.

I had my first massage session ( already booked my second one ) due to a 3 point humorous shoulder break last spring and also for a much needed relaxation time. Jen takes the time to listen and explain the process. She makes you feel completely comfortable with the experience while she is providing her knowledge. Highly recommend! Jennifer is an amazing massage therapist! She’s incredibly kind and caring, and she always takes the time to really listen to my concerns before starting the session. She’s very knowledgeable and talented, she knows exactly how to help me relax and release the tension in my muscles. Every session with her leaves me feeling so much better, both physically and mentally. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful and skilled massage therapist.

Working with Jenn has been so helpful in my healing journey. From massage that is more than relaxing but healing and especially the 1:1 yoga session, which helped me find and practice the poses that really align with my areas of physical, mental and emotional need.
