We had an excellent experience working with Juan and his crew on a large paver patio project. From start to finish, his professionalism, communication, reliability, and quality of work were outstanding. He is truly a man of his word. He followed through on everything he said he would do, communicated throughout the entire process, and ultimately delivered a finished patio that exceeded our expectations. His crew works incredibly hard, pays attention to detail, and takes a lot of pride in their work. The quality of the finished product speaks for itself. I would highly recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a high-quality patio or hardscape project. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and my family absolutely plans to use him again for future projects.

- Price assessment: Great price
Alvarez Brick Paving installed a brick sidewalk for us about 13 years ago. They did a beautiful job laying out the design and creating the walkway. They just came out to reset and re-sand the walkway. It literally looks brand new. Juan and his crew are great to work with. They are true craftsmen. Don't hesitate to hire them for your next project.
We had an excellent experience with Juan and his crew. Communication was consistent and timely. The work was detailed and a contract was provided quickly. The job was completed on time and on budget. His crew paid attention to the details and left the area clean. We had him lift and replace our walkway bricks and they look great! Highly recommend!

Great experience and results! Started with an evaluation of what was right for our project, followed by a team that delivered quickly but also carefully with high quality results.
This company is outstanding from start to finish. They are very accomplished in their business & tell you what they are going to do and 100% they finish the job to the letter. I highly recommend Alvarez Brick Paving if you want the best job done at the right price. We have a beautiful patio that they put in for us, that we really enjoy & love it. Any work they have done for us has been superior .
Really great experience! Worked with Juan, scheduled a consultation via text, discussed all the work. Quote was near the initial verbal estimate, estimated 2 weeks for availability. Juan confirmed the crew start date in advance and went as smooth as can be (weather wasn’t so cooperative)! Our patio has never looked better, highly recommended.
Juan and his team did an amazing job with our patio. Juan was great walking us through the design options, and recommendations. His team clearly takes pride in their work as their attention to detail was second to none. His pricing was also upfront and transparent, he was extremely communicative the entire time as well. His crew worked diligently and got our project done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Alvarez Brick Paving to anyone looking to revamp their outdoor space.
We had a fantastic experience with Alvarez Brick Paving. From start to finish, they were incredibly efficient, completing our project just one week after providing the quote, which exceeded our expectations. Their pricing was very reasonable, and they took the time to offer thoughtful guidance on design choices to ensure everything looked its best. The quality of the work, combined with their speed and professionalism, really sets them apart. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for brick paving work.
Juan did our patio when we moved to the suburbs and it completely transformed our backyard. He was easy to work with, the process was quick, and the results are superb. We couldn’t be happier and we use our patio ALL the time. He is also excellent at replying over time when we have questions about maintaining the patio. Definitely highly recommend Juan and team!
