The technician explained thoroughly what needed to be done to fix the problem with my water pressure. He was courteous, considerate and respectful. The service call was reasonable and they replaced a previous valve they had installed at no charge. They are honest. I cannot say enough positive things about them.

As a multiple unit owner in Tampa Alverez Plumbing and A/C is my go-to contractor of plumbing and air conditioning. Over the years they have installed and repaired A/C’s, cleared clogs, Re-piped a unit, and recently repaired a toilet flange. Every time Alvarez Plumbing and A/C was prompt and provided quality work at a reasonable price. From the front office to the technicians, they have always provided first class customer service. Recently, Alex S. replaced a toilet flange and extended some supply lines for a new vanity. As I have come to expect, he arrived when scheduled and provided quality work at a reasonable price. It’s hard these days to find someone who will constantly show up and not try to over charge you to do poor work. Alvarez Plumbing and A/C are not those guys. Five stars all the way!!! We used their air conditioner services for both of our properties. Always on time, excellent services & reasonable costs.

Korey P arrived at about 8:30 pm after calling to let us know of his approximate arrival time. He was very courteous and kept us completely informed of every step he took to unclog the toilet drain from backing up into the shower as well as a leak from a failed toilet seal. He laid down a plastic sheet to protect the beige carpet and wore covers on his shoes. The job took just under two hours after which he thoroughly cleaned any residue and to sanitize all contaminated surfaces. We could not have had a better experience for a stressful situation. We very much appreciated the kind treatment we received from Alvarez and especially from Korey and very happy to have a quick and informed resolution. We would not hesitate to recommend Alvarez for a professional plumbing consultation.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
