Alvin's Auto Center

I brought my 2022 Toyota 4Runner in for 120k mile maintenance at Alvin's Auto Center in Willow Glen, San Jose, and it was by far the best experience I've had at any shop in the city. What really stood out was their technology — the way they handle inspections, communication, and customer service is on another level.… Read full review

I have used Alvin's Auto Center for the past year. Every time I have been greeted by friendly and professional people. I completely trust them with my vehicles. They keep you updated through the entire time they have your vehicle. I highly recommend this company for any and all vehicle repairs. Family owned friendly business in Willow Glen.

I have been to Alvin’s auto center on many occasions for all my vehicles. They are simply the best. Starting with Sam who runs the place. He is professional, explains everything thoroughly and will go through all options with you. He is very knowledgeable and respectful . Their technicians are top notch and have… Read full review

I've been using Alvin's for a few years now and am always very happy with their service. It's a super nice family-owned business.

First, both Tony and Sam are very courteous and polite. They explain everything, they identify the issues and go over it in detail, including sending online photos of affected parts before any work is done. And then they answer any questions. And they also asked me to look up previous work done elseware to make sure… Read full review

Brought my Lexus 250 and Honda Civic here for engine oil and filter changes, tire rotations, AC repair, etc. Have been going here for years for basically any car maintenance needed. Tony and staff are extremely helpful. Also huge plus you can schedule appointments online!

Highly recommend! Always fast, professional and reasonably priced. My car will last me forever! Thank you!

This is the only place that I take my vehicle for any services needed since I moved to Cali 4 yrs ago. They overcharged $$$$ for services, and now my vehicle sounds horrible. I would never recommend services at this place.

These guys are on top of it. Superb communications via phone/text/email….whatever accommodates the client. High tech analysis, quality service, and high security property,. ..Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. Very fair in letting you make the decision on services to be selected. They are now my service center… Read full review

I love this place, found them on yelp and they are so close to work so I was able to drop it off and walk to work. Super friendly and explained everything well. Great customer service!! Will be coming here for my auto maintenance needs. They also gave me access to pick up my car after they closed because I got off of work late.

Polite, knowledgeable, prompt , great service.

everyone was honest and kind. they genuinely cared about fixing the car instead of just trying to make money.

I have been a customer of Alvin's Auto for about 30 yrs. First in Milpitas and now at their Willow Glen location. What I love about Alvin's is that I don't have to fear being taken advantage of. They have always been honest, straight forward and fair in their pricing. Over these many years, they have serviced my… Read full review
