Alvin's Auto Center

I have used Alvin's Auto Center for the past year. Every time I have been greeted by friendly and professional people. I completely trust them with my vehicles. They keep you updated through the entire time they have your vehicle. I highly recommend this company for any and all vehicle repairs. Family owned friendly business in Willow Glen.

Prices are reasonable, they work incredibly fast, the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. Too many places feel like they are ripping you off or have awful communication. Not this place. These guys do an amazing job.

These guys are the best! They are always thorough but never pushy. Their prices are reasonable. They go above and beyond to make sure we can get our family car back and running before we have time to miss it.

I've been using Alvin's for a few years now and am always very happy with their service. It's a super nice family-owned business.

First, both Tony and Sam are very courteous and polite. They explain everything, they identify the issues and go over it in detail, including sending online photos of affected parts before any work is done. And then they answer any questions. And they also asked me to look up previous work done elseware to make sure… Read full review

Brought my Lexus 250 and Honda Civic here for engine oil and filter changes, tire rotations, AC repair, etc. Have been going here for years for basically any car maintenance needed. Tony and staff are extremely helpful. Also huge plus you can schedule appointments online!

Tony's awesome! Excellent service

Alvin and Tony both very courteous and professional. Very clean shop and provide timely service.

The employee working the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The team at Alvin’s were great. They offer a free towing option if your within 3-miles which was wonderful. My ride needed a lot of work and they were relatively quick and communicated very well. Prices seemed very fair. I do think they should waive the $155 inspection fee if the customer agrees to perform the… Read full review

The folks at Alvin's are top notch! They are honest, communicate well, do great work and are fast! I brought in a recently purchased vehicle which they diagnosed, estimated costs, and repaired it. They only used genuine OEM parts. I highly recommend them.

This was my first visit to Alvin's, for my newly purchased 2009 Prius. I am very happy with the attentive and knowledgeable service Tony and Andy provided. They even spotted some items that the local Toyota dealership had gotten wrong in its pre-purchase inspection of the car. Overall the work performed at Alvin's… Read full review

Could not be happier. Alvin and his son are like family to my wife and my Mother for years. Would not go anywhere else.

I looked up Alvin’s online while seeking to repair the AC for my husband’s Nissan Versa. They charged the unit with dyed coolant. There were no leaks. (If there had been leaks, the dye would have supposedly allowed them to locate the areas that needed repair.). The coolant had dissipated over a long period of… Read full review
