First, both Tony and Sam are very courteous and polite. They explain everything, they identify the issues and go over it in detail, including sending online photos of affected parts before any work is done. And then they answer any questions. And they also asked me to look up previous work done elseware to make sure…

This was my first time at Alvin's. I needed to have a catalytic converter cover installed and they were listed on the website as an installer of the product I was looking for. They were very friendly. Quick. And as far as I can tell, they did a great job.
