I have used Alvin's Auto Center for the past year. Every time I have been greeted by friendly and professional people. I completely trust them with my vehicles. They keep you updated through the entire time they have your vehicle. I highly recommend this company for any and all vehicle repairs. Family owned friendly business in Willow Glen.

I think it was slightly overpriced, but I did not shop around. The service was done as expected. Had a very good experience, very through with the diagnoses, and estimates are very concise, did a through inspection on vehicle and will certainly do the rest of the maintenance required on my car with this auto center

Extremely overpriced!!! Their prices are even higher than the dealership! They take advantage of people who don't know much about cars. I strongly advise against coming here.

These guys are the best! They are always thorough but never pushy. Their prices are reasonable. They go above and beyond to make sure we can get our family car back and running before we have time to miss it.

Alvin’s Auto is my go to for servicing my 2019 Hyundai Tucson. Their customer service is excellent and their pricing is reasonable. They’re fast and efficient and always have my car ready as promised. I highly recommend them!

I love this place, found them on yelp and they are so close to work so I was able to drop it off and walk to work. Super friendly and explained everything well. Great customer service!! Will be coming here for my auto maintenance needs. They also gave me access to pick up my car after they closed because I got off of work late.

Superb customer service! Besides the oil change on my Mercedes ML-350, Alvin’s Auto provided me with a detailed diagnosis at no extra charge because of the check engine light. I now have a better idea of what needs to be done to keep my car running efficiently. I highly recommend their services.

I've had two great experiences here. They work fast, they finish on time or before, and the cost is very reasonable. I've found my new service shop!

this place was a good find for me ...close to home and specialize in my vehicle type in this case toyota. good responsive personable customer support and fair cost. had front axles + wheel bearings and shaft bushing replacement. service was timely and communications on point at every step.

Everyone was friendly and nice. What I liked the most was that they use pictures with their inspection of the car that shows an exact detail of what is going on. This is the first place I’ve ever seen use that and I loved it!

I took my 2011 Subaru Tribeca to Alvin’s for multiple long-needed repairs. I found Cal to be very knowledge, polite, professional and courteous. He prioritized the repairs and explained every sufficiently. The car runs great, and I will definitely return.

Staff is really nice but the prices are insanely high. I paid double what it usually costs me for an oil change.
