I have used Alvin's Auto Center for the past year. Every time I have been greeted by friendly and professional people. I completely trust them with my vehicles. They keep you updated through the entire time they have your vehicle. I highly recommend this company for any and all vehicle repairs. Family owned friendly business in Willow Glen.
Prices are reasonable, they work incredibly fast, the staff is friendly and goes above and beyond. Too many places feel like they are ripping you off or have awful communication. Not this place. These guys do an amazing job.
It has been a month now and I would say Alvin did some good work. I just needed an oil change, a wheel alignment, and transmission fluid. They offered to change wipers and the battery to my car keys. Of course, I am a lazy person and I had the supplies already. They installed the wipers I had in my trunk. I went…
I've been using Alvin's for a few years now and am always very happy with their service. It's a super nice family-owned business.
Great service. Clean lobby and bathroom.
First, both Tony and Sam are very courteous and polite. They explain everything, they identify the issues and go over it in detail, including sending online photos of affected parts before any work is done. And then they answer any questions. And they also asked me to look up previous work done elseware to make sure…
Brought my Lexus 250 and Honda Civic here for engine oil and filter changes, tire rotations, AC repair, etc. Have been going here for years for basically any car maintenance needed. Tony and staff are extremely helpful. Also huge plus you can schedule appointments online!
I have been going to Alvin's to get my oil changed and issues diagnosed for two years now - after doing research and finding Alvin's! The team was very detailed and knowledgeable, and the manager was able to describe all of their findings in detail to me. I’ve met multiple employees at the shop and have been so…
Alvin's auto always does a great job at fair prices. They have kept my car well maintained for years and I'm so happy they have a more convenient San Jose location now.
Efficient and great overall value. The team takes the time to explain everything and does a thorough job.
Great service. Professionals at their best! I highly recommend Alvin's Auto Center.
Alvin and Tony both very courteous and professional. Very clean shop and provide timely service.
They have a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Solid work on our cars.
The team at Alvin’s were great. They offer a free towing option if your within 3-miles which was wonderful. My ride needed a lot of work and they were relatively quick and communicated very well. Prices seemed very fair. I do think they should waive the $155 inspection fee if the customer agrees to perform the…
Alvin’s Inspection of the car recommended $2,000 of repair. I took the car to my regular mechanic and he said all the parts were functional and have 20k to 30k of life left on them. The issues were cosmetic in nature. It seems like they are trying to “up sell” to make money at customers expense. Better clarity and…
Great place to have your complete auto service, period!
Polite and professional people
Highly recommend! Appreciate the honesty without being overly talkative about information i don’t need. I don’t know about cars that much but feel comfortable giving my business to Tony.
Excellent service! Been using this auto shop for almost a year now. This shop’s service is above amazing, highly knowledgeable, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
