I seriously cannot recommend her enough. Getting married in Yosemite has been my favorite memory and I’m so glad we picked Alyssa to capture the day for us.

We spent a couple of hours over several calls discussing ideas and she had many amazing suggestions. On the day of the proposal everything went great and my now fiancée was happily surprised. Alyssa went above and beyond taking us to several locations to make sure we got as many amazing backdrops as possible. Alyssa returned the edited photos way ahead of the scheduled time, we had barely gotten back home from our vacation and we were surprised by the finished album with tons of amazing pictures. We can’t wait to share them with our friends and family! We really appreciate everything Alyssa did for us and we highly recommend her photography!

My fiancé and I came across Alyssa’s photography when we were planning our summer trip to the CA national parks. It was her photos that sparked our interest in doing an engagement photoshoot in Yosemite and I’m so glad we did. Alyssa was the sweetest person from our first conversation. She pieced together our 3 hour shoot based on visions/inspiration shots we had and made it come to life. We met at the crack of dawn for our sunrise pictures and honestly the time flew by because Alyssa is just so charismatic and fun. When she wasn’t giving us prompts to photograph, she was suggesting places to visit and hikes to try. It was like spending a morning with a good friend rather than someone we were meeting for the first time. We felt so comfortable taking pictures and haven’t stopped telling people about how great she was. I cannot say enough for how much we enjoyed our engagement photoshoot with Alyssa and would absolutely do another photoshoot with her in the future. Highly, highly recommend!
Alyssa is incredibly talented and made our elopement day exactly what we wanted it to be. Alyssa made us feel comfortable from the start and we had the best time throughout the day. She guided us on every detail, so we were able to just be in the moment on that day. She truly knows Yosemite inside and out. And, our photos came out better than we could have imagined - almost every person we’ve showed them to has said they’re the most beautiful wedding photos they’ve ever seen. We truly have the best memories from our elopement because we chose to work with Alyssa and couldn’t be happier with our choice!
Alyssa made this experience so easy and delightful! I was nervous at first because I’ve never had professional pictures taken AND we were coming from across the country, so needless to say the nerves were there. She was extremely responsive via email if I had any questions, met with us via zoom beforehand and the day of she was super helpful in making sure we had everything and were ready. The pictures are absolutely stunning as was working with her!! I would recommend her to anyone who wants their special moment captured. Between her amazing personality and skill set, she’s hard to beat!!

From the very beginning, she was thoughtful, professional, and truly went above and beyond to make our engagement moment special. She did an amazing job capturing both us and the scenery. The photos showcased the beauty of the park while still making us the focus of every shot. I had no vision for any of the photos I wanted, but Alyssa made me feel completely comfortable. She guided us through the entire session, making everything feel natural and fun. At my fiancé’s request, she even went out of her way to bring champagne and flutes so we could celebrate the moment, which was such a thoughtful touch. Since she was local, she had several designated spots throughout the park that were absolutely perfect. I am so grateful my fiancé chose Alyssa to capture such an important milestone in our lives. The entire experience was wonderful, and the photos turned out even better than I could have imagined. We can't wait to put them up all around the house.
