Amazing Refinishing

We had our tub refinished. Unfortunately, there were some very noticeable quality issues that I pointed out before he left including some major "orange peel" and "paint drips". I was told that it would look better when it dried. I waited several days, and it still did not look better. They offered to come back and fix the defects. This is where things started to just fall apart. No one showed up for the "touch up" visit and when I called asking if they were coming, I was told that the guy went to some other house literally 45 minutes on the other side of the county (who didn't have an appointment). Obviously, that customer had no idea why they were there. The scheduler seemed very disorganized and, despite her mistake, she told me that the technician already went home for the day and that I would have to be scheduled another couple weeks out. I was surprised that I had to be the one who called to point out that my appointment was missed. When they finally did end up coming out to fix everything, they did everything in their power to avoid "redoing" the whole thing. While I can appreciate them not wanting to waste time and money, it felt a little bit like they were taking shortcuts. For my final concern, it was brought to my attention that the owner expects his field guys to fix any of their mistakes on their own time. In other words, the poor guy who had to come back and "fix his own work" didn't get paid for the time he spent fixing it. The issues did end up getting addressed and the tub looks "ok," but I would probably go with someone else if I were to do it again.

We purchased a rental that needs an updated tub and sink and counter. This was the perfect solution to make the two bathrooms white and bright! Dave did a great job! We highly recommend them.

We wanted to take a moment to commend the team at Amazing for their service after-the-sale. Our bathtub stubbornly rejected initial re-coating and they returned and made it right. Really impressive company (and the tub looks like new!).

Amazing refinishing worked me in the week I called as they happened to have an opening and it was literally the only day I had available in the time crunch I had selling my home. The tub looks amazing. Everything was done in one morning. The person scheduling everything was sweet and personable too. I definitely recommend this business to communicate well and get the job done at an excellent standard.

The guy showed up right on time. He was careful to cover everything from the overspray. He sanded down the rough spots and now our shower pan looks brand new.
