Great job, everything looked great!
They are reliable, professional and always do a great job. There are many options in the area but not great ones like Amazon Cleaning. Customer service is solid for scheduling.
Had a wonderful team do a deep clean this week in anticipation of using Amazon on a recurring basis. They did a cleaning that went beyond amazing. It was hospital level.
My first time deep cleaning went so well! They communicated with me very professionally and made sure that all of my needs were accounted for
Very easy to setup a date and time for cleaning and communication day of was great. Was happy with the services, would use again.
I booked a deep cleaning with Amazon and this was by far the best deep cleaning I have ever received. There was no surface left unturned. Really happy with the service and will continue to use them in the future.
Excellent deep cleaning service from Amazon Cleaning! The team was incredibly thorough, tackling every corner of the house without cutting any corners (literally). What really stood out was their work attitude : cheerful, upbeat, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. You could tell they cared about quality,…
Scheduled a deep cleaning to kick the summer off. Their team arrived on time, paid attention to the details and did a walk-through after to make sure I was satisfied.
Amazon is always efficient, detailed and kind. I love all the cleaning crew. They are also so accommodating to my work schedule. Thank you!
They did such a good job with our deep clean! From the inside of the fridge, to the oven, and the baseboards. Will definitely be using them again!
Great experience with my homes deep cleaning. Planning to book a regular service since the job was great
We decided to have a deep clean done on our home. I found Amazon Cleaning through Peachtree Corners' "Best of" list from 2025. They were super easy to communicate with before and during the clean. We got lots of reminders and felt prepared for the whole process. We were extremely pleased with the results! Would highly recommend!
We had our first service this week, and the results are fantastic. The introductory deep clean was exactly what we needed, and the house feels completely refreshed. The entire process was seamless, and the two cleaners were incredibly diligent and professional. We’re moving forward with their ongoing service without hesitation.
Excellent cleaning service! They did a fantastic job and left everything spotless. Very thorough and professional. I look forward to using them again!
Great quick and efficient service, but overpriced.
I’ve used amazon cleaning for the last 5.5 years and have been extremely happy. I’ve had a few different teams but all of the teams have been expert, efficient, and friendly. I frequently and confidently refer Amazon cleaning to friends and family both for regular service and for deep cleans.
Wonderful cleaners. Love the mom son crew. Will use again!
The couple who deep cleaned my house did a thorough job and were eager to please. I have high expectations and they were met well. I will definitely request them again.
The cleaning crew worked really hard and the house looked amazing. They went above and beyond cleaning things we were not expecting like the coffee maker and microwave. Will certainly be using Amazon Cleaning again.
Been using Amazon Cleaning for over a year now. We used them for a few big, deep Spring cleanings since 2024 and have actively had them coming once a month for the past year. The customer service / office team is top notch. So extremely helpful and responsive! Anything we need, they help accomidate. The entire…
I’ve used Amazon cleaning a few times in the past, once for a deep clean and then to come in and clean the home I’m currently in. They are thorough and responsive, and I love that they can fit me in quickly! Price feels fair for the work and for having two people in home cleaning.
We love Amazon Cleaning! They have always done such a great job, very thorough, and quick. Also they remember all our places little quirks and the specific ways I want things done. I never have to remind them. Love them!
The cleaning was great. Attention to detail and thorough. I added oven cleaning and interior windows to the deep cleaning service. If you want wet mopping instead of Bona, request it up front. If you want cleaning under furniture, you need to move the pieces prior to the visit. They do not do this for you. If you…
Very satisfied with the high level of cleaning skills my housekeepers display consistently. Always on time. Never distracted. Very courteous.
Amazing Work, will schedule again.
Love Amazon! Very careful & thorough
This place has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I used this company about a year ago for a cleaning service, and they actually did a very good job. I was happy with the results, which is why I decided to use them again. Since then, I’ve had a new baby who is now crawling. When I called…
We recently used this cleaning company and couldn’t be more impressed. Their thoroughness really stood out—every surface was spotless, and they didn’t miss a single detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. What I appreciated most was the care they showed for our home. They treated everything with respect,…
Team did an excellent job! Place has never been so clean!
The agent whom I tried to schedule the appointment with was very rude and unprofessional. The cost for the service is way too expensive. Have cancelled and will not use them again.
Wonderful experience! The crew was efficient, professional, and detail oriented. Highly recommend.
Great job deep cleaning a townhouse I’m about to list for sale. Thought it was expensive, though. Their prices really went up in the last 6 mos. I still hired them because they do great work. I guess everything is going up right now.
Very good and thorough
Updated to show that I still highly recommend! We have used Amazon Cleaning for over 6 years now and they are amazing! We have had consistency with our cleaning crew and they do a fantastic job. We know they’ve come as they put clever designs on our TP! We use the lockbox option and have NEVER had an issue with be…
Amazon is the best. They are crazy professional, very responsive, and the cleaners are consistent. I have found myself just leaving a key and coming home to a perfect house.
They were punctual and very thorough. Very happy with the overall job!
The parts they did well, they did well. The parts they missed, they really missed. I paid 315$ for a deep clean and I feel like for that price and a deep clean the sink, mirror, and floors should have been perfection. They were very nice and easy to communicate with and did offer a 24hr turn around to come mix the…
GREAT JOB for our move-out cleaning. The home looked spotless, sparkled and smelled good.
I've worked with a couple cleaning services in Atlanta, and Amazon Cleaning is TOP TIER! They care deeply about the work they do and work magic in your home. Cant wait to work with them again soon.
The crew did a great job of deep cleaning after a construction project that left dust everywhere.
The team did a very thorough job of cleaning everywhere. Very pleasant and polite. They were also very prompt.
Amazon Cleaning provided a great customer experience. Initially, the cleaning fell short of my expectations, but they were willing to come out and do an even better job than before. I truly appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond, and I will definitely be using them for future cleaning services.
I hired Amazon cleaning services on 01/09/2026. They did a descent job after correcting a few things that I saw when double checking behind them. I then emailed to schedule a follow up cleaning on a consistent basis and was told I have to call and speak with a sales manager, although I had already received pricing…
Great service, very efficient and effective!
I got a deep cleaning of our house as a Christmas gift and could not have been more please! Edwin and Liliana did a fantastic job.
I had a great experience with this cleaning service! I have ben”en experiencing grief from the loss of loved ones these past few months and I just couldn’t seem to get a handle on my home. The ladies that came went above and beyond my expectations and I feel like I can breathe in here again. I will be booking again soon!
This company is awesome my pad is fresh and clean! They are on time and are thorough! I will definitely use them again
The cleaned the dirt that I didn't know we had. The team was responsive and moved efficiently to clean our home. I am looking forward to our regularly scheduled cleanings.
The work they did was amazing. The two ladies that showed up were super sweet and did an excellent job. My house was spotless by the time they left. I would highly recommend this company. I like them so much that I am hiring them for the foreseeable future to clean on a regular basis. They were also really easy to work with.

Update- I've been with Amazon Cleaning for three years now and I'm still very satisfied! I've been with Amazon Cleaning for a year now and have loved them the entire time! After a 7-week remodel, my house was in desperate need of a deep clean, and Amazon Cleaning LLC absolutely delivered. Very thorough. Went out of town and scheduled a deep cleaning while we were gone. It was a lovely feeling to come home to a spotless and fresh apartment!
I used Amazon Cleaning for a move-in cleaning, and it was worth every penny! They arrived early and got to work right away. The team did an amazing job on the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms, especially since the place had been vacant for quite some time. Everything looked spotless by the time they finished. I’ll…
Completely satisfied with the job Amazon Cleaning did at my house. They did a very thorough job. The ladies were warm, courteous, and great with my dogs. I’ll definitely have them back!
I Couldn’t ask for a better experience from the get go! Very responsive to my inquiries. Did an amazing job cleaning! Great prices as well! Can’t wait for them to be back every 2 weeks! Thanks again Amazon! Highly recommend!
I got the most amazing experience. They were punctual and they are good at what they are doing. Perfectly clean and I would recommend to my friends and family.
Amazon cleaners is the best! Not only do they charge a very fair rate, but they do the most thorough cleaning job of any company I have hired in the past, and that’s why we have stayed with them for so many years. It’s the little touches that our regular crew does that always make it so wonderful to come back on…
The team was awesome! They arrived right on time and were very friendly and detailed. This was the first time I’ve hired a cleaning service, and I definitely would recommend and use them again.
I work for a property management company, and we have been using Amazon Cleaning to get our homes perfect before new residents move in for the last few months. We've used lots of cleaning companies, but the quality control, level of service, and love that they put into cleaning every home is unlike anything that…
Amazon cleaning came recommended to us by one of our neighbors, and we are so glad we went with them! We got a deep cleaning and the crew was fantastic, respectful of our property, and incredibly hard working. Our house was SPOTLESS when they left, and we are so grateful to have them come back once per month to…
Beyond pleased with my cleaning ladies!! My home looks fabulous, they got all the hard to clean places this 7 month pregnant lady just can't reach. There were also little surprises, like organizing the stuffed animals on my toddlers bed, making bows with the toilet paper and organizing my little caddy by the toilet,…
Amazon was amazing, fast, and excellent in quality. They arrived perfectly within their time frame and finished quickly but the job done was outstanding. They definitely went above and beyond for a one time cleaning service and I will definitely be calling them back in a few months.
They were amazing - super professional and easy to schedule!
We had an amazing experience from start to finish with Amazon Cleaning! They got back to us in a timely manner, were wonderful to work with to find the earliest time to work with our schedule, and the clean was incredible for a great price, everyone was very professional and polite. Could not recommend them enough!…
We've used Amazon Cleaning for several years, including at 2 houses. They are very thorough, consistent, and reasonably priced. The cleaners are friendly and do good work. They are responsive to any concerns or issues. Highly recommend!
We had a deep cleaning done as we are having a lot of guest from out of state coming to visit, and we were extremely satisfied with the service we received. The company called us about 30 minutes before the cleaners arrived to let us know to expect them within the next 30 minutes. The cleaners very thoroughly…
The cleaners arrived on time and got to work. They were professional and very thorough. Both I and my roommate were shocked at how this cleaning transformed our house. I would not hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone.
Nice crew worked very hard. House looked great. No complaints.
The team went above and beyond. They were very thorough and detail-oriented, leaving every room of our house absolutely flawless. We were truly impressed with the quality of their work. Highly recommend, and we will definitely continue using them.
Amazon cleaning LLC came to our home and did a super thorough cleaning that even my 22 year-old daughter was impressed. I will definitely continue to use them and I recommend their services to anyone that is looking for a trustworthy house cleaning service. T. Carrier
Great experience. Timely, thorough, a clear deep clean. Would highly recommend
Fantastic cleaning service! We were pleased with our two-story home's deep clean. Professional, high quality, and fair price. Highly recommend Amazon Cleaning.
Amazon Cleaning is by far the best and most affordable house cleaning service in Atlanta. Their staff always arrives on time and they leave my home spotless!
I have been a customer for the last 3 years - but their sales and pricing team made me lose my trust in them. They send out promotions of 25% off but when you ask them for a quote - it's the same as last time - upon checking with the sales team - they give an excuse of price increase from last - making the promotion…
They did a great job cleaning our house! Will use again!
What a fantastic experience. Got married and after a hectic weekend of hosting family and friends I needed a huge reset for my apartment. I saw via NextDoor Amazon cleaning was highly recommended. Scheduling was simple and the team was able to come next day. They were clear with the pricing and the team showed up on…
I keep things pretty clean and have pets, but after living in my house for three years, I wanted a deep clean, especially in the spots I don’t usually get to like baseboards and behind furniture. Ana and Karen did an amazing job. The house was perfect, not one dog hair in sight, which is seriously impressive. They…
I have used them several times. They are communicative, efficient, and thorough! Price is competitive and I love coming home to their work!
Great professionalism! We couldn’t have asked for a better crew! Great communication as well. Great pricing as well.
Amazon Cleaning has amazing customer service. There have been a number of times I needed to ask for day/time changes or to add a cleaning; they are always flexible and accommodating. The crew does a great job as well!
Always do a great job. I am very happy I found them. Will continue to use them on a biweekly basis. I began with a deep clean which was superb and now maintaining with them. They are extremely good with details!
We’ve now used Amazon cleaning for a year. It is such a great feeling coming home to a house after Amazon has been there. The house smells clean and it really does sparkle! We’ve used them for move-out cleans, deep cleans and now monthly cleans. 10/10!
My house hasnt been this clean since we purchased it! Amazing job!
I have been very pleased with the quality of cleaning that Amazon has provided. The first time I used them I had a deep clean and it was very thorough. Maintaining that with bi-weekly cleaning has been great! Thanks to all of them at Amazon, especially the team that comes each time.
I scheduled a move in cleaning for a rental house. It was is decent shape but I wanted to just make sure it was super clean before I move in. These ladies went above and beyond! The place was sparkling and every corner of the house was clean. I didn’t realize just how much it needed until I saw the “after” when they…
My girls are fantastic! They are always on time and are so professional, yet also very personable. My husband has Alzheimer’s and they are so very understanding of how to interact with him. I have never had a problem with their cleaning - I am amazed at how much they get done during the time they are in my home. I…
Amazon Cleaning is the best cleaning service we have used to date. We were very impressed with their first visit and are looking forward to our bi-weekly cleaning!
3 stars only because they sent the crew back to clean again the next day. Otherwise, this is the worst cleaning service I have ever used. I actually do not know what they did for what should have been a deep clean. Floors were dusty and my feet were coming up black, under appliances were not touched, drawers still…
We've been using Amazon Cleaning for the last year and have no complaints...the team leaves our house fresh and sparkling!
I’ve used Amazon Cleaning for deep cleanings 1-2 times a year for the past few years. They are very thorough and don’t take short cuts. They are also very timely and polite. Will definitely keep using them for my cleaning needs!

Love love love Amazon Cleaning! They are so responsive and professional with maintaining and adjusting visits when necessary and the team of cleaners that they assigned to me have been absolutely wonderful and not only do they do a wonderful job but they are enjoyable to be around during their time in my home.
Professional, efficient, absolutely worth the cost!

Amazon Cleaning was recommended to us from a friend and I have to tell you they are great. We had a hard time finding a reliable, capable, consistent cleaning company for our home that had great customer service. We were lucky to try out Amazon Cleaning and never looked back. They are trustworthy, responsive and consistent.

My house has never been so clean. I can’t wait to use them again!
Great experience every time!
Amazon Cleaning is a top-notch professional business. They have been cleaning my home for several years. I stopped for a while during the pandemic. They ensure I have the same crew even after taking a break and changing the frequency. They always do a thorough job. Highly recommend!
We had a deep clean on this house before we moved in, but it doesn't compare to the deep cleaning we received last month The deep cleaning by Amazon Cleaning was much more difficult since the house wasn't empty, and we've been living here for a while. We've also had one regular cleaning since then, and it was a…
Very professional. I get my house cleaned once a month.
We have been using Amazon Cleaning for over a year and could not be happier. Our regular crew (Gloria & Luis) are amazing people and I look forward to their appointments. We have 2 large dogs which come with A LOT of dog hair - and I know our home can be a challenge with that. When the team leaves the floors stay…
We have been using Amazon Cleaning for a year now and have had a great experience. The crew is always courteous and professional. We started with a deep clean and now have monthly service. Would recommend Amazon Cleaning for your housekeeping needs!
I hired & paid Amazon cleaning for a 'Deep clean' of the home but did not get that. Everything was lightly cleaned though. Once the cleaning was complete I had to get them to go back over some of the hardwood floors because stains were still showing on the floor. They didn't mop with any pressure on the floors…
Really happy with their service The cleaners we have are so nice, they’re a pleasure to have over The house is so clean, thanks!!
I only have wonderful things to say about Amazon Cleaning. Our crew (Beatriz and Alfredo) have been with us for almost 2 years now. They are always on time, thorough, consistent, and very friendly. I feel like they know me and my family and always take the time to chat with me if I'm home. I trust them and they do a…
They did the best deep house clean I've had done in 12 years (and I've had multiple cleaning companies throughout that time). And the price was the best too!
Amazing service. Terrific professionalism.
The whole process was thorough, efficient, and incredibly professional. Christopher and Candi were very responsive and a joy to speak with. This company is top-notch!
Great Service and Amazing crew!! Very happy with the results.
Overall great experIence
I got the 1bd/1ba deep clean for $190. You are required to get the deep clean before a standard. The two women were super sweet and definitely took their time! I do love how they also took time to organize some things. For example, when they cleaned the rack that holds my beauty products, I told them they could just…
