Amazon Cleaning is a very good and easy company to work with. They take care of my brother's home that I manage. We don't have to be there. They come in, they get the job done, and they are out. They always send the same people and are always professional.
Poor customer service - I do not recommend. I’ve used this cleaning company monthly for almost three years, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to…

I have been with Amazon cleaning for over 2 years. I have tried other services in the past and even though they tell you they keep you with the same crew, I would have different people showing up at every service. Once I switched to Amazon cleaning, that wasn’t an issue anymore. We have been with the same crew every…

We had a deep clean on this house before we moved in, but it doesn't compare to the deep cleaning we received last month The deep cleaning by Amazon Cleaning was much more difficult since the house wasn't empty, and we've been living here for a while.
