Amazon Cleaning

Amazon Cleaning is a very good and easy company to work with. They take care of my brother's home that I manage. We don't have to be there. They come in, they get the job done, and they are out. They always send the same people and are always professional.

Poor customer service - I do not recommend. I’ve used this cleaning company monthly for almost three years, and until recently I was a happy customer. That changed after a recent visit where a substitute crew member (not my regular cleaner) was sent to my home without notice, even after I emailed that morning to…

Amazon Cleaning provides consistent superior cleaning services. Carmen and Esmeralda are always prompt and cheerful and leave my house sparkling! I would recommend them to everyone!

Very good - courteous and professional cleaning.

I’ve used amazon cleaning for the last 5.5 years and have been extremely happy. I’ve had a few different teams but all of the teams have been expert, efficient, and friendly. I frequently and confidently refer Amazon cleaning to friends and family both for regular service and for deep cleans.

I was very pleased with the team from Amazon that serviced my home last Thursday. They were on time & friendly. They started from the bottom of my home to the top. Since it was my 1st time they asked questions & offered to do cleaning I had not stated. They were Awesome & I was very pleased. My house still smells…

This company is awesome my pad is fresh and clean! They are on time and are thorough! I will definitely use them again

I have been with Amazon cleaning for over 2 years. I have tried other services in the past and even though they tell you they keep you with the same crew, I would have different people showing up at every service. Once I switched to Amazon cleaning, that wasn’t an issue anymore. We have been with the same crew every…

The cleaned the dirt that I didn't know we had. The team was responsive and moved efficiently to clean our home. I am looking forward to our regularly scheduled cleanings.

I used Amazon Cleaning for a move-in cleaning, and it was worth every penny! They arrived early and got to work right away. The team did an amazing job on the kitchen cabinets and bathrooms, especially since the place had been vacant for quite some time. Everything looked spotless by the time they finished. I’ll…

Team worked very diligently and quickly without sacrificing quality of the clean.

We had a deep cleaning done as we are having a lot of guest from out of state coming to visit, and we were extremely satisfied with the service we received. The company called us about 30 minutes before the cleaners arrived to let us know to expect them within the next 30 minutes. The cleaners very thoroughly…

We just started monthly cleaning using Amazon Cleaning and Victoria and Gisel did an amazing job. They make my life a lot easier.

This was my first time using Amazon Cleaning, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Yari and Brenda were prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough — every space looked spotless and refreshed. I was referred to Amazon by a neighbor. The first time they came, they stayed 4+ hours and did an amazing job. This was my first visit and so far so good. Can't wait to continue to use them.

Highly recommend! I am so thankful to have been referred to them for regular cleans. I have had zero issues in over a year of service now. They do a high-quality job and I like that they send the same team each time on a dependable schedule that you can count on. I trust them in my home.

We have been so very happy with our service. The team is professional, on-time, thorough, and I haven't had a complaint yet! Highly recommend.

My girls are fantastic! They are always on time and are so professional, yet also very personable. My husband has Alzheimer’s and they are so very understanding of how to interact with him. I have never had a problem with their cleaning - I am amazed at how much they get done during the time they are in my home. I…
