As soon as we walked into the store Zahraa gave us a warm welcome. We shared our vision with her and she patiently listened and helped us decide on the best color and style to compliment our living room. Needless to say we absolutely love our decision! Zahraa also worked hard to accommodate our requested delivery date. She’s a great designer!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Great selection and knowledgeable staff. Zahraa was very patient with all of my questions and offered her expertise in helping me to find just the right size sofa and the right upholstery material for my applications. The delivery was fast, clean, and first rate. Highly recommended!

I purchased a Fjord recliner from Ambiente.
The sales person, Lynn was very helpful. She explained the different types recliners Ambiente carries. Overall, I felt they had a great assortment of choices.

Great experience. We are repeat buyers. We went in looking for a perfect recliner prior to shoulder surgery. Beth showed us a variety of recliners and the ones that would work best for right shoulder replacements. We placed our order. The chair arrived in about half the predicted time and the delivery men called within 30 minutes of arrival, were punctual, and had things set up in no time. We will be returning as we retire some well used pieces of furniture.

Lynn was amazing! I was looking for a sleeper sofa, and she let me sit on, open, and lay on multiple sofas in the showroom. That helped me decide on the size, the type of mattress, and the decision to go with leather. She had big swatches to help me select the color and type of leather. She entered all of the information and processed the order. It was a great experience!
Update: The custom sleeper sofa was delivered by two very capable men who set it up and made sure I was able to put it in "bed" mode and then back to ""sofa" mode (which was easy for me to do). It is beautiful and very well made!
