I would never recommend this company to build. They do not honor their warranty. My daughter’s house is falling apart. Overpriced for the poor workmanship.
We chose AHP to build our forever home and we could not be more pleased. They greeted us the moment we walked in the door and showed us every step. They stayed late to help us chose colors, flooring, and all the things you never think about because of the hours I work. Once construction started their communication was wonderful. They sent weekly updates and were almost always available to take our call when we had a concern. They built a beautiful home in less time than anticipated and under budget. I give a very special thanks to Cooper C. for his work in keeping everything running smooth and keeping us informed.

We first met with AHP around March 2026, and from the very beginning, Amy was incredibly helpful. She explained every step of the process, from approval, deposit to final closing. Having heard horror stories about other builders, I was understandably nervous, but that was not our experience at all.
The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Heather was amazing helping us design both the interior and exterior of our home. Dawn helped with any questions along the construction process. Tyler and Colby were absolutely the best during the construction itself. We closed on our construction loan May 2nd that afternoon AHP broke ground. I looked forward to the Friday morning reports from Colby, I always knew what would be started and completed the next week. They both always answered any questions, I can’t forget Michael too. Colby handed us the keys to our house the end of August .
The professionalism, communication, and efficiency of the entire AHP team exceeded our expectations! I could not recommend a better company to build a home with!
