American Custom Build

I had 3 roof, siding and gutter/gutter guard contractors give me an estimate. One contractor after the inital meeting said he would submit an estimate , the second contractor sent 2 men and then followed up with an email wanting another meeting with a 3rd representative from their company. Neither of these 2 contractors were prepared to give and estimate and presented no samples of the products they represented, and no color samples. I am still waiting for their estimates. It was a waste of my time. However, Avi, from American Custom Contractors was fully prepared with samples, recommendations and was able to give me my estimate in less than 30 minutes after we agreed on the products and colors. He had the software to input the data and presented an estimate that was within my budget with the first meeting. He was very professional, knowledgeable, timely, considerate and responsive to all my questions even after I signed the contract. In addition my research showed that this company is rated as A+ from the Better Business Bureau and 5 star rated from Google.

American Custom Build is one of the premier builders that I have seen in the valley in 25 years here! Their values guide them and the owner is a leader who cares about his people which results in a great experience for their customers.

Fon N. came out today and performed an inspection of my roof. He did a very thorough job and gave me a lot of important information. I was very impressed.

They have done two different projects for us and we were very happy with their work both times. Aaron did a great job managing the projects. Very professional and top quality work.

American Custom Build transformed our kitchen, and truly our entire home, into the space of our dreams. From the very first meeting, their team listened closely, offered thoughtful ideas, and delivered craftsmanship and attention to detail that exceeded our expectations. Every step of the process was seamless, professional, and genuinely collaborative. The final result is a reflection of our style, our family, and the way we live. We couldn’t be happier, and we can’t recommend American Custom Build highly enough. They turned our vision into a reality more beautiful than we ever imagined.

I was played by these people one of their employees told me not to pay anymore money because my home was not going to get built. I am getting a lawyer to investigate because I lost a lot of money I worked so hard for. I reached out to them the man said he going to call me back. And no one never reached out. They get their employees to put 5 star reviews. They say they are Christian people. But people of GOD don’t do people like that. I am so upset. I was suppose to have my house built in 2021in Greenpoint area. I work three jobs to pay these people I lost $6000 do not trust these people.

Great renovation experience! Full kitchen, bar and office reno plus new bedroom floors and bath counters. My vision was clear and John and his team went above and beyond to understand and execute every detail. They weren't afraid to tackle challenging ideas and worked through every solution thoughtfully. Communication was always quick and efficient. Their entire team was respectful and courteous (we lived on site). Right on budget, I couldn't be happier.

Yanni did an amazing job of getting everything together for my new roof and made everything run smoothly, as did Alex. Amanda in the office was very helpful in getting the paperwork and invoices together for me. The new roof was completed in two days and looks fantastic. The crew did an excellent job, not just with the roof, but also installing new cupolas. They were polite, friendly and on time and the clean up after they finished the work was immaculate! Thanks!

John and his team did a fantastic job on our home remodel after a flood. Not only did they do exceptional work, they respected our privacy and always left our house clean at the end of the day. I cant say enough about John's honesty and integrity. John was instrumental in working with out insurance company to assure we were made whole at the end of the day. If I could leave 6 stars I would!

American Custom Build was on budget and on time. John and team did amazing. Once project started Dimitris provided almost daily updates. Highly recommend ACB for your next house project!
