Customers praise the company for punctual guard arrivals, proactive site checks, and clear communication through daily reports and text updates. Positive feedback highlights effective crowd control, polite visitor interactions, and competitive pricing. However, some low-star reviews describe a pattern of missed contracts and unreturned calls during the initial setup process, leading to frustration before service began.
