Customers frequently praise the company for punctual, professional service, thorough work, and clear communication regarding estimates and treatments. Positive reviews highlight visible improvements in lawn health, including weed control and grass density, along with friendly staff who answer questions. However, lower-rated reviews cite inconsistent application coverage, missed areas, and poor follow-up communication when addressing service errors or billing disputes.
