American Pools did the following work: Replastered, redecked and replaced the pool and spa light. They also installed a handrail. They did a fantastic job! And their employees were very cooperative.

American Pools DFW is above and beyond expectations! We found and hired Josh and his team to re-do a botched spray deck job done by a prior subcontractor. Josh and his wife Noel patiently walked through the job (and patiently listened to our complaints of the several trouble areas done by prior sub). Josh's team (led by Sergio) came prepared -- prepped the area thoroughly (to protect our existing recently re-done pool), meticulously smoothed out every inch of the deck BY HAND (including the layer of paint recently done by the prior sub), then carefully applied the spray deck and new mastic. He even had his crew vacuum clean our pool throughout the project and came back to do touchups of any areas that needed minor touchups. Once they were done, our deck looked brand new! We were so excited about the amazing work Josh and team did, that we decided to have him continue making touch-up repairs of certain mortar areas on our pool replaster done by the prior subs. American Pool did an amazing job.
P.S. The only regret I have is that we didn't find and hire Josh and his team in the first place to do all our pool and deck renovation work in the first place!

I called late on Sunday evening for some pool repairs. Josh was there the following day. He was fast, efficient and courteous. I will recommend American Pools to my friends and neighbors.

Amazing people they came out and had our pump back and working from a flooded pool ligjt and a pool school of our system. The other company we used did a botched job on our salt cell installation and American Pool came right in to save the day 10/10.

After we had an electrical issue at our house, our pool pump suddenly stopped working. We were incredibly stressed because we had no idea what had actually failed, and we didn’t want to hire someone who would try to sell us expensive equipment we didn’t need.
I called around 10 different pool companies before I found American Pools, and I’m honestly so glad I did.
They got back to me quickly, came out promptly, and immediately started troubleshooting instead of trying to upsell us. The technician was knowledgeable, professional, and, most importantly, honest. He could have easily told us we needed a brand-new pump, but instead he took the time to diagnose the real issue a faulty switch. That saved us a significant amount of money and gave us confidence that we were working with someone we could trust.
On top of that, they’re just genuinely kind, down to earth people. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in doing honest, quality work.
Finding contractors with that kind of integrity isn’t easy these days. If you’re looking for a pool company that will actually diagnose the problem, explain everything clearly, and won’t pressure you into unnecessary repairs, I can’t recommend American Pools enough.
They earned our trust, and they’ve definitely earned our future business. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Highly recommend!

We had an emergency repair over 4th of July weekend/holiday. We called plenty of people listed as weekend and emergency 24/7 hours but Josh @American Pools is the only one who answered.. He was able to get the part make the repair and get the pool running again for us! He was responsive, affordable, and skilled. We’ll definitely call him again for any future equipment repair needs

OMG just truly amazing experience. They showed up on time, respectful and courteous! They talked a me on the phone and came out next day. My pool went from HELP to crystal clear like they said. New pool owner and found out I was under treating. Showed me what’s needed, inspected my equipment to make sure it was working effectively and saved my party! Customers for life. Will be calling them for other things needed around the pool. Very reasonable also! The best part 😊
