I don't doubt that Jessie is knowledgeable and thorough, however, they start mitigation systems as $20k and no that is not a typo. Definitely not in our budget.

American Radon Mitigation did what no other radon mitigation company could do, they reduced our radon levels to levels we were comfortable with. The scientific and calculated approach Jesse took to demonstrate the best locations for our system, put us at complete ease throughout the project. I couldn’t recommend…

While doing the initial steps of the install, I ran into a snag. I decided to reach out to Jesse and scheduled a phone call, and that turned into a video call.
He is just as friendly and knowledgeable over a FaceTime call as he is in his videos. We discussed the details of my system and the issues I was having. His experience was invaluable in pointing out a solution I had not thought of.
Throughout the call he was patient and friendly; genuinely a nice guy.
If Jesse was in my area, I would just hire him and not handle this myself, but having him as a remote resource was super helpful.
5 stars all the way!

Highly recommend! We have had American Radon Mitigation to our home twice in the past 2 months. The first time was to do a maintenance check on our 5 year old radon mitigation system. Jesse noted that the system was functioning properly but that part of the barrier covering had come loose from the wall. We subsequently scheduled him to come back to reattach the barrier covering. When we scheduled that, he asked whether we would like to have the system alarm moved to the main level so that we would no longer have to enter the crawl space to change the battery. We didn't even know that was a possibility since the original installation required someone going into the crawl space. Jesse and his wife, Annette, came on time to complete the work. They laid down tarps to minimize dirt being tracked in. They completed the work in the number of hours originally quoted and did an excellent job of cleaning up after. Jesse provided photos of the work they did. He even let us know about a plumbing issue that he spotted in the crawl space. They were excellent from start to finish. If you are a fan of supporting small local businesses, this is definitely a great choice. We will certainly use this company again.

Jesse was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful diagnosing my active radon system that was icing up. On top of that, he proactively reached out stating the potential issue I might face with a product I selected for my installation. I had a particular plan in mind, and he helped me understand why my idea might not work as planned and provided several suggestions of how to better solve the issue. What's more, he talked me OUT of buying one of his products because it wouldn't solve this problem. Talk about customer service! It would have been easier for him to do nothing, capture the sale, and me never know that my ignorance caused a problem down the road. I wish more businesses operated like this – taking care of the customer first and letting the success of the business come as a natural byproduct. I was blown away by the level of care he had for a complete stranger, and they have earned a customer for life. Thank you!!!

For clarity, our radon mitigation systems do not start at $20,000.
The investment discussed was based on what you shared about your home, including your existing radon system not effectively reducing the radon levels. It was not meant to suggest every project starts at that amount.
Thank you for your kind words about Jesse's knowledge and thoroughness. He really has a passion for reducing radon levels as low as possible through an engineered, data-driven approach.
Every home is different, and the investment can be lower or higher depending on what we find during the on-site evaluation, diagnostic testing, and system design process.

I recently had a radon mitigation system installed by Jesse at American Radon Mitigation, Inc. and it was one of the best contractor experiences I’ve had since moving into our new home.
From the moment he arrived, Jesse was extremely professional and respectful of our home. He worked carefully, kept everything clean during the installation, and honestly left the area cleaner than when he arrived. It’s rare to see that level of care from a contractor.
What really impressed me was how thorough he was with the radon mitigation installation. Jesse didn’t just install the system and leave — he made sure it was actually performing correctly. After installing the sub-slab depressurization system, he verified that the system had proper suction under the foundation and confirmed the mitigation system was effectively pulling radon gas from beneath the slab. The results speak for themselves. Our radon levels were reduced by about 90%, which gave our family tremendous peace of mind.
Jesse also took the time to walk me through the entire radon mitigation system and explain how everything works. He showed me how the radon fan operates, how the system creates negative pressure under the slab to capture radon gas, and how to monitor the system using the manometer gauge. I really appreciated that he made sure I understood how the system works and what to watch for in the future.
For anyone who may not know, radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that can accumulate in homes and is one of the leading causes of lung cancer among non-smokers. Having a properly installed radon mitigation system is incredibly important for long-term indoor air quality and safety.
Thanks to the work Jesse and Annette did at American Radon Mitigation, Inc., my family and I can now live and sleep comfortably knowing our home’s radon levels have been dramatically reduced.
If you’re looking for radon mitigation in Colorado, I highly recommend Jesse and American Radon Mitigation, Inc.. Professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough, and someone who clearly takes pride in doing the job right.

American Radon Mitigation did what no other radon mitigation company could do, they reduced our radon levels to levels we were comfortable with. Jesse and Annette were great! Radon mitigation was a new topic for me. After going down the rabbit hole I decided radon was not something to take lightly. American Radon is not the cheapest option, but I wanted to be sure to get a mitigation system done right the first time. Jesse is able to to clearly explain the process and system he's implementing. I was really amazed at how quickly he was able to get my radon levels down below .5. It's now one less thing I have to worry about. Highly recommend them. Definitely check out the Youtube videos to get a better understanding.
