Left a review a month ago about patched repair color not matching rest of tub. I was told it would match before they started working. The owner reached out and promised they would come back to fix it so the color would match, and to remove my bad review. Scheduled on 3 different occasions for them to return, but every time he said he couldn't come.
Kassie is polite, professional, and definitely works hard to get the job done correctly. Thank you for what you have done! Great job!

The job was never finished and I have spots all in my tub plus it peeled off on the walls. I did not touch it for three days so it could dry and it still came off. I called to report it and was told they had run out of supplies! I have not heard from him since. That was over a month ago!
We are very pleased with our newly refinished cast iron tub and couldn't be happier with our experience with American Refinishing. KC took the job quickly, showed up on time, was very detailed in covering and protecting the surrounding surfaces, and prompt in cleanup. He explained everything clearly and has a wonderful South African accent! I would not hesitate at all to recommend this company.

Kassie can to my property in SC, almost 5 hours away to refinish two showers in a property I was preparing to sell. The shower looked old before, fiberglass was turning yellow. After he was done, they looked brand new. Saved me a lot of money in comparison to replacing the showers. Thank you, Chris
