Customers frequently praise the company for its affordability, noting prices often significantly lower than competitors, alongside efficient tree removal, stump grinding, and thorough cleanup. Reviewers highlight professional conduct, punctuality, and clear communication throughout the scheduling and service process. However, several low-star reviews cite a pattern of poor follow-up, including missed estimates and a lack of contact after initial quotes.

What a wonderful company to work with. Cost was extremely affordable. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. We cannot highly recommend them enough. This was the 2nd time we used them and we will again if needed. They deserve 100 stars in our book.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Contacted on Wednesday to remove medium sized tree. Less than 24 hours later, tree is gone, stump is gone and ground/grass cleaned up beautifully. A very professional and efficient crew! Thanks!

Paul was awesome 👌, Seth was amazing. They got everything done to perfection and made me feel great to get the limbs off my house. Seth went the extra mile to make sure I was all good with the work. I would highly recommend. They were also the lowest bid!

Paul and his crew were absolutely the definition of professional. Not only did they do an expert job of falling a dead tree, grinding the stump, and cleaning up. But it was at a more than fair price. Could not recommend more and will be calling them again to handle another tree in the future.

We called American Tree Doctor, early Friday morning, because our 7 month old kitten was stuck high up in a tree. They came before their scheduled work and rescued Buttercream. We are extremely grateful and will call them again for tree removal and tree planting.
