Received detailed quote for duct cleaning when scheduling service. On date of service, a fan cleaning was offered on site for $20, which was accepted. Was then charged $125 later for a furnace cleaning. Bait and switch. Woman on phone argued that their prices are listed on their website, implying that when you are quoted something verbally, it's on you to get out your phone, go to their web site, and make sure they're telling you the truth. That said, their prices are in fact not listed on their web site. Unknown whether a full furnace cleaning was actually done or if just the fan was done as the tech said was needed; if the latter, then I was charged for work that wasn't done on top of everything.
Daniel, It is unfortunate that pricing was misunderstood when your tenant added on a service with your approval. Our pricing is set and the same for every customer. Pricing was provided and what the furnace cleaning included, which is documented. If a service is scheduled, it is completed to standard and we do not operate business any other way. We did attempt to resolve this via phone, but unfortunately were unable to come to a resolution. Negative reviews with false information do impact small businesses like ourselves, so it is unfortunate.

The construction workers swept all debris and wood and tools and nails into our vents. We called americlean to clean the ducts. They were awful and rude to me. They talked down to me. They wanted payment first. They stayed in the basement the whole time and charged for microbial spray which was never applied. The cleaning made no difference. It still smells like treated wood whenever the heat or air come on. They have no respect for females.
