AmeriSpec Inspection Services at a glance
Customers frequently praise AmeriSpec for thorough inspections, punctuality, and clear communication, noting that detailed reports are delivered promptly. Inspectors are described as knowledgeable and patient, often explaining findings in an understandable manner. However, several low-star reviews allege that the company shares customer contact information with third parties, resulting in unwanted spam calls and texts. Additionally, some clients criticized missed issues or perceived lack of thoroughness, despite the high overall rating.

Once again I trusted AmeriSpec and Brian Callahan for my Buyers' home inspection. They are thorough and thoughtfully explain everything to the Buyers. The owners of the company stand behind their work and follow thru even after the close of escrow if necessary. I've been recommending this company for years to my clients, both sellers and buyers.

As a real estate agent, I highly recommend Amerispec because the inspectors are friendly and always on time, if not early. They are respectful of the property, the clients, the agents and are thorough in their inspection. The customer service from the office staff is great. The inspection report is easy to read and I particularly like the Summary Report.
