Amie’s at home pet care is the best! They have watched our Lilo multiple times and it’s been great every time, they even brush her coat before we pick her up. They were able to accommodate for a last minute trip we had, and sent us pictures of our Lilo while she was at their care.

I just love taking my fur baby to Amie’s at home pet care she has such a beautiful heart amazing spirit. She always makes you feel welcome. I really enjoyed taking dog to her she is an amazing person. My dog absolutely loves her so much very well taken care of. Amie is amazing and took good care of Rocky(golden retriever puppy) while we had to travel for a few weeks. Rocky came back home healthy and happy. 5 stars for Amie.

He has stayed with Amie and Will more than 10 times and we are so happy that we found their boarding facility! We enjoyed the Christmas outfit for him they used to send pictures to us!

Simply the best pet boarding service me and my pup have experienced in this area. I have used Amie's service couple of times, and always had worry-free experience during my trip away from home. She always send me photos of my pup in daily basis. Highly recommend!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, especially since I had a great experience here before and chose this place again because of the many great reviews. But this recent visit crossed a line for me.
There was no communication during my dog’s stay—no photo or message updates, even after I reached out to ask. That made me worry about how he was doing.
More concerning, we packed 4 meals for a one-day stay (3 meals and 1 backup), but only 1 meal was given during 26 hours boarding. When we got home, my dog was clearly hungry and eagerly looking for food.
I’m sharing this in hopes that future care for dogs includes more consistent attention and better communication. Our pets rely on us to speak up for them.

Thank you for your feedback, we are unfortunately experiencing a extremely difficult issue with our business line service provider that blocking outgoing texts and some incoming depending on the carrier, this is completely out of our hands, and very unfortunate that this is causing such a negative experience after over 25 years of providing a service 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We do completely understand how important communication is during a pups stay, which is why we value keeping the line of communication open during a stay, however our hands on care of our guests has not changed. We also take feeding very seriously and would offer toppers, hand feeding and get in touch with you from email or other method if your pup was not eating at all, when a pet is here for 1 day it is not always alarming if they are just grazing, not completing their meal. As you know from prior experience we prioritize the hands on care of the pups that we care for 24/7, 7 days a week, 365 days a year so that pet parents can attend vacations, family reunions, funerals, business trips with the peace of mind their pup is safe, happy and well cared for. We do enjoy sending complimentary photos during a pups stay based on availability/length of stay, however the line issue has caused a disruption in our workflow.
We do offer a photo package for an additional fee. We hope that you will contact us directly with any of your concerns, since this has not been mentioned prior to this review, so that we can resolve any concerns you may have regarding the most recent 1 stay.
