Torrell and Paris were very efficient and knowledgeable about the service they were providing. Torrell explained everything he was doing and what to expect. He was willing and able to answer any questions I had. They cleaned up and out things back after they were done. 10 outta 10 would recommend!
Excellent service from Amistee Air Duct Cleaning. Torrell and Rashawn (sp?) did a thorough job cleaning my duct work and dryer vent. I highly recommend this company! ❤️
Every step from beginning to end was spectacular. Jalen and Taylor were very professional and did a great job!. I needed a new dryer vent and Glenn installed it the next day for me! I really like the photo and background information on the people coming to my home. Great company!
We have had our air ducts cleaned a few times (different houses) with Amistee. It has always been a great experience. It comes down to the little things: wearing shoe covers, laying down material to protect your floor, the professionalism, knowledge & kindness of the service techs, ease of payment.

If I could give zero stars, I would set us up with a program to clean. Our ducking made an appointment spent the whole morning moving everything around our house to be able to gain easily access to all of our vents. Sold it as a free cleaning showed up, said it did not test right? And then tried to give us a quote for cleaning, biggest scam ever, with consumers. Energy would not recommend this company at all
Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. We want to clarify that our program begins with an initial test to evaluate the condition of your ductwork and determine whether your system qualifies for the service. The sealing process is only performed when testing identifies significant air leakage or gaps in the ductwork. If your system does not meet those requirements, we are unable to proceed with the duct cleaning and sealing service. We understand how disappointing it must have been to prepare your home and set aside time for an appointment, only to learn that your system did not qualify. We also recognize that we could have done a better job communicating this process and setting expectations before your appointment. We appreciate your feedback and are working to ensure our customers have a clearer understanding of the qualification process moving forward. We apologize again for the misunderstanding and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns.
