Great customer service. From the office to the service call on site. Thorough inspection and explanations about how they would treat for the pests.
Professional, knowledgeable and explained every step! 10/10 !
Nick was very knowledgeable and took care of our problem quickly. We had an unwanted house guest in our chimney flue (aka squirrel). He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive. Would absolutely call them again if needed in future.
Joe was amazing. Took care of our problem right away!
Gunter from ampest was exceptional. Really cared and explained everything as he was doing it. Fully recommend
Nick provided us regular updates and communicated with us throughout the entire process. He assisted us to remove squirrels from our attic. I would recommend Ampest.
Joe was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He was thorough and helped us with our groundhog problem outside our warehouse. Would highly recommend Joe for any wildlife problems.
They are very responsive, respectful, and courteous. I am highly allergic to spiders and any time I had an issue they were out right away. I also had an issue with a bird in my attic and they came out right away. They are great with answering questions and also educationing me.
The office staff were very professional. The technician they sent out, Nick, was very kind and thorough. He was able to quickly diagnose our raccoon issue and come up with a plan to remove the animal and repair the area to prevent further issues. I highly recommend Ampest if you are having a wildlife issue.
He was very professional. Educated me on wildlife knowledge and was able to diagnose my wildlife issue quickly. He was also very thorough with his inspection, I couldn’t recommend them more.
Was on time and knew what he was talking about when it came to what he was trying to stop.
Raccoons in attic! These guys are great.
We had a raccoon tear into our roof and get into the attic and eventually our walls! What a nightmare. We contacted another company and they worked the problem for almost two weeks with no results. We then switched to Ampest and Jeff came out assessed things and got the right trap into the right location. He…
I had a problem with squirrels in my attic crawl space. A wildlife professional was dispatched immediately upon me contacting them. He was able to catch the pregnant squirrel and her mate before she gave birth in my house. He was responsive, professional and got the job done in a timely manner. I paid to have…
I had squirrels problem in my roof. Ampest was quick to deal with the problem and to temporary repair the roof problem. However the squirrels were given a taxi ride to a far away forest preserve....If I had my way those little pest would of been terminated the old fashioned way!!
We have used Ampest twice this last year and have been very pleased with all aspects of their service. Timeliness and thoroughness are but two of the accolades I can share. I have multiple times recommended Ampest to friends and neighbors. Thanks to Ampest E&W Control
Called to have a groundhog removed, called to let them know it was caught, but their policy is not to come out more than once a day. So the poor animal suffered and died a horrible death. Be prepared for this possibility.
